Electric Elevation Pedestal with Remote Control
The remote controlled LX-ePed adds the elevating element to the PTZ camera's pan, tilt and zoom features. This will provide more "Angles of View" and make setup adjustments easier. The original column mechanism minimizes wobbling and twisting in the pedestal's up/down movements. Additionally, the column is mechanically controlled with precision in order to offer seamless start & stop movements, which makes these electric pedestals well suitable for "on shot" scenes.

Highly Reliable Wire Connection System
The LX-ePed's Controller does not use Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, therefore users can focus on their shoots without worrying about radio wave interreference. In addition, the Controller is PoE powered, so there is no need to connect it to a power source or charge it as well.

Position Presets (New Feature)
This new remote control can record up to three position presets, which makes height adjustments a piece of cake.

IP Connectivity & Serial Communications (New Feature)
By using the optional "MPC-1" multi-protocol converter, the new LX-ePed 2 and LX-ePed 2 Studio can be operated by PTZ controllers and the original PC application, LX-ePed PC APP, that enables precise adjustments. This unique feature definitely increases the electric pedestal's accessibility making the "MPC-1" a first of its kind.

Continuous Speed Adjustment
The speed of the Upper Column is adjustable by tilting the rocker of the Controller. The slow mode enables fine-tune settings.

V-mount Battery Powered
By using the optional "VM-12V", the LX-ePed can be powered by any V-mount battery. This allows the pedestal system to be operated at any location.

Operation with Foot Pedal (Optional)
By using the optional "FPR-2", the LX-ePed 2 & LX-ePed 2 Studio can be operated via foot pedal. In addition to keeping the desk clean and clear, this foot pedal remote controller allows users to operate the PTZ camera and the LX-ePed at the same time. The speed of the upper column depends on the amount of pressure applied to the foot pedal. Three position presets are also available.

Smart Quick Release Adapter (New Feature)
The included "AP-X" smart quick release adapter enables you to attach/detach your camera much safer, easier and faster. To prevent the attached PTZ camera from dropping, the adapter is equipped with a hole to secure a safety wire for PTZ cameras.

Compatible with Flat Base with 1/4" and 3/8" Screw Holes
Includes an "AP-X" adapter with a 1/4" screw and the "BL-F" adapter with a 3/8" screw. These adapters not only support PTZ cameras, but also support a wide variety of items equipped with a 1/4" or 3/8" entry that can now be placed on the LX-ePed 2 & LX-ePed 2 Studio.

Compatible with Video Heads
By removing the included "BL-F" adapter, a 100mm ball video head can be mounted on the LX-ePed 2 and LX-ePed 2 Studio. In addition, by using the optional "AD-75" adapter, a 75mm ball video head can be mounted as well.

Compact Design
The main unit can be separated from the dolly or floor spreader for easy transportation, all of which are foldable. This compact unit only weighs 10.0kg/22.0lb and can be stored inside the optional "RC-80" tripod case.

High-Angle Shots
Dynamic high-angle shots can be achieved with the LX-ePed and the LX-ePed Studio's maximum heights of 247cm/97.2" and 261cm/102.7"respectively.

User Friendly Accessory Port
An Accessory Port, which has a 1/4" screw hole and a 3/8" screw hole, is equipped on two of the three sides of the tripod base.

Safety Design
With safety in mind, the electric column is carefully designed to prevent users from pinching their fingers.

Built-in Bubble Level
A bubble level is embedded at the base of the Head Mounting Platform for easy setup.
