After using the SL system, I wanted to try a digital rangefinder and now I?m hooked. Manual focus is a slightly slower and more deliberate style of shooting, which has improved my photography and boosted my enjoyment. This m-system is so compact, that I keep it with me at all times. Pricey, but definitely worth it for the serious shooter.

I bought this Leica model for landscape and architecture work where high resolution is often needed. I did not know that I could control the camera with the Fotos App. Looking forward to making close to the ground shots with the macro elmar.

It’s a Leica with 40 megapixels and a near silent shutter. What more do you need to know? Best camera I’ve ever used. I can’t seem to put it down, it’s just a objet d’art.

Great camera. The true Leica. If you want beautiful file range and color this is the camera
The Leica M10-R is the latest version of the company’s legendary rangefinder camera: complete with a new 40 megapixel full frame color sensor and all the improvements of the entire generation of M10 cameras. Each and every engineering development and design accomplishment of 3+ years of M camera development has been distilled into this new model. The M10-R reaches new heights of image quality with even improved high-ISO performance and increased dynamic range.
The M10-R allows its users to dive deeper into their images and pull out more detail and richness from their storied Leica M-Lenses. The M10-R is perfect for photographers who want the maximum image quality and the ultimate Leica M rangefinder experience.
Its base sensitivity of ISO 100, combined with fast Leica M-Lenses, makes it easy and flexible for shooting wide open and achieving maximum background blur and strong bokeh even in bright daytime light.
The new sensor allows for a longer maximum exposure time of 16 minutes, lending the user more creative freedom when capturing star trails, motion blur or bringing out the tiniest amount of light in a nighttime landscape. All of this versatility at these new heights of resolution and higher dynamic range make the M10-R an imaging powerhouse for any application.
