Well for the price of the laptop it is good for mid end games but for video editing or just a work station. It is amazingly awesome. I would recommend this laptop but if you want something for higher end games maybe try a few upgrades as you can modify your laptop on the website directly from Lenovo site. But over all I love lenovo products.

A new addition

I like the seperate 10 key on the keyboard. Keys feel good to the touch. Love the touch mouse pad layout and the camera shutter for privacy.

Product great customer service is horrible
Product is great customer service horrible. I purchased the Norton 360 and they couldn't deliver the product for 30 days. I reached customer service. And talk to them 15 times. It could never help deliver the product and the refuse or refund. I only got a response when I reached out on X and Better Business Bureau.
Truly disappointing I love the laptop however it's a great product. The customer service is incredibly disappointing.

Glad I chose Lenovo
My work uses only Lenovo laptops for our travelers and WFH employees. When searching for a new laptop for home use my I.T. department say me down and went over what I wanted etc. AMD chip was a must and backlit keyboard. I purchased the laptop 3 weeks ago and home setup was a breeze. Can't recommend enough.

Good overall quality but bad keyboard layout.
The ThinkPad is a very solid machine and well built. Two criticisms. 1. It's really heavy (too heavy) for a laptop. 2. The keyboard layout is very awkward because your hands are positioned on the left side of the screen. I am having great difficulty adjusting to having my hands on the left side of The machine instead of the middle. I would've chosen a cheaper 14inch model without the numeric keypad on the right hand side so that my hands would've been centered below the screen. If I could, I would return it for this reason.

ThinkPad E16 Gen 2 AMD
I have never owned a ThinkPad and I absolutely love this one. It was a great price, it has the touchscreen, lighted keyboard and it is very fast. This is my all time favorite laptop. I also purchased the wireless mouse and keyboard to use in the future. Thank you so much!!!

Great computer that shows fingerprints too much
I like the responsiveness of the keyboard. Nice spring back on the keys. The battery life is great. The only negative is is the outside shows finger prints too much.

Great computer
Computer is quick and feels super sturdy and well built. I didn't realize this came with a touch screen, also the fingerprint scanner is lightning fast. The keyboard feels smooth and has a great feel. Overall highly recommend.

Not impressed
This is my third ThinkPad and probably my last. The battery holds a charge for about 6 hours on low usage. Not very useful in that I have to carry my charger with me. The trackpad is not user friendly with the bottom "mouse left/right" buttons gone. I have to use both hands to utilize the trackpad as a mouse. I gave up and plugged in a mouse, which is another thing I have to carry around. Definitely would not buy this again.

Excellent notebook value!
The laptop is light and well put together. Setup was very fast and easy, including removal of unwanted software. Connection to my home network and subscriptions was very straightforward.
I like the service software interfaces, including that for the BIOS. All are big improvements over having to use command line.

Reliable and economical
This is my second Lenovo ThinkPad. An AMD chip was recommended to me by the salesman, who was fantastic by the way, and it seems faster than the Intel chip in my last Lenovo. In fact, I'm not sure if my Internet is keeping up with it beautiful computers. I recommend them they withstand long work days for at least five years. I had to get a new one because windows 10 stopped updating. Otherwise, my last Lenovo ThinkPad would've had at least another three years on it.

Beware of lack of proper shipping protection
For some reason my laptop 16" inch screen was not double box protected when shipped and arrived damaged. After calling Cust. Svc. multiple times to try to reorder with better shipping protection I was unsuccessful, even though a friend had just ordered the same laptop but smaller version. Hers was double boxed with much better protection. I can't imagine how much internal damage could occur the way shipping companies through boxes onto pallets, trucks, etc. but parts of Lenovo staff don't seem to care. (Maybe I should have ordered the smaller version, which is shipped from a different location and who does care about protecting electronics?)

Lenovo for life! This machine is incredible.
I've always been issued Lenovo notebooks for work. Now after trying MacBooks, Surfaces and a few high spec gaming laptops for personal use I'm glad to be back on a Lenovo. The keyboard is incredible. The whole machine is sturdy and near silent thanks to years of honing these things for office use. It runs Linux flawlessly and is super easy to get parts for. I'm team Lenovo for life!

Very good, fast, large, upgrade, sometimes touchscreen doesnt work or the letter "a" for some reason; also the battery power isnt the best, but I knew that going in. Otherwise, everything is on the up and up, especially wit hthe upgrades and the pricing. Thank you.

Can't beat it for a novice
So far this is the best laptop I ever had to date and I had a few. Perfect for the things I need to do online and keeping track of my time, finances, day to day activities and events. So far it seems to keep up with your privacy and security. I really enjoy how you can configure it to your personal style. I'm very pleased and happy with this laptop and highly recommend it.
