The lid couldn't be closed after a year of use. It had two years of warranty. Spent over 40 minutes to call custom service and was told that it was not covered!!! She hang off the phone and close the case without even mentioned it. I found from the website the case was closed. I had owned more than 6 Lenovo both for work and home use. Never will buy it again.

almost exactly a year after purchase from costco, the hinge on this ideapad broke. Costco would not honor the extended warranty. This is the second Lenovo that I buy and the second that falls apart within the warranty period. Will never buy again.

I bought lenovo ideapad through Costco on feb,21 for my son and as just after a year use, it's hinges came out loose. Please check website for hinges issues as it occurred to multiple customers. When i contacted customer service in spite of having extended warrantee on the product, he refused to help. I end up throwing the ideapad to garbage and bought new HP. I will never ever buy another Lenovo product due to it's poor product quality and hittable customer experience.

a great all-around type of platform. not sure how it holds up against gaming but seems to do fine under different types of other programs. fingerprint reader is spot on and the built in camera cover is a nice plus.

I purchased this laptop to replace another Lenovo laptop I had for a couple years that started having issues with the screen blinking... this new one is not only blinking, but with a white steady screen and I have had it less than a month. This is unacceptable. Still trying to contact support!!

The laptop runs snappy even with the ryzen 3 configuration. Battery life is good. Only thing I don't like is the cheap feeling plastic chassis and no-backlit keyboard

I'm really liking this laptop as my daily portable driver. I own a full out gaming laptop that I use for high performance applications and gaming of course but it is heavy and and loud and not fun to carry around everywhere. This Flex 5 has solved those issues. I really only bought it because I need to have on me mostly all the time and I needed something light with decent performance to have several tabs open all at once and for a budget. The only complaint I have about this rig is the cheep plastic on the keyboard. Its quite flexible.

The purchase direct through lenovo went smoothly. The computer arrived within several days as promised. The laptop feels like a quality machine as soon as you touch and open it. I appreciated the minimum amount of preloaded software that came pre installed. Much cleaner to get going with the programs that I actually want and can install myself. After 3 weeks with the laptop very pleased with it. Thank you Lenovo. This was my first Lenovo based on a recommendation from a friend.

As an 87 year-old I have eyesight and dexterity problems. Compared with the Surface laptop that I have used previously the Lenovo is far harder to read; grey font on a very grey background not easy for old eyes. Somewhat squirrely, jumps around at times or turns off app in use in mid sentence, but still getting used to handling this. Unit itself ooks good, is sturdy and has reasonable battery life. Keyboard excellent.

This product is extremely slow and is not worth the price. I was hoping to just use it for school but I'm afraid to tell you that it can't even handle simple zoom or meet calls. I gave it 2 stars only for the look. The customer service for Lenova is also very irresponsive. I have been trying to contact them few times in the return window but they keep sending me to different departments till the return window is closed. It was also delivered passed the deadline. I hate this product and customer service both and feel externality disappointed for the time, money and energy I have spent to receive this product.

The laptop has been great so far. The quality is good and the speed is good. Graphics is also good. The only complaint is the video quality for video calls is horrible. It's blurry and not clear. I would expect the built-in camera to be better than this.

This is a great laptop/tablet very fast and starts life with Windows 11 not a upgrade on top of Win 10. The laptop is very very built with a good screen, WiFi 6, fingerprint reader, webcam with privacy shutter and illuminated keyboard. I recommend the Flex 5 14" Ryzen model for personal or biz use It can handle most software no problem (have not tried video editing yet). This will be my traveling pc for many years to come.
