The laptop have i7 processor and 16 gb ram which more than enough to power your work. The screen was not touching screen but that does not stop the laptop to give you excellent picture or make you feel that laptop missing something. light weight, you can carry it around. privacy, the cam cover with lid that can removed in any time, also, fingerprint scanner to keep your laptop secure.

Broken hinge/screen separating when opening my laptop. This is the third time Ive had this issue with my lenovo laptops and it was always in the same spot. Seems like a persisting manufacturer defect as I had sent it in for repair and the problem is starting to come back less than a year later. Would NOT recommend this laptop!

I bought this for college and it works great for all of my school needs and is pretty good for the occasional gaming. The large screen with small bezels are great when watching videos and movies. The touch screen is nice if you like that in your laptop. It is a decently large laptop but surprisingly thin. It looks good but can scratch, so be careful. Overall, good product.

Lenovo customer service in the higher up dept helped me replace my broken laptop with this newer one. So far so good. No hinges have broke, but we will see within the next year as my other one broke 3 times!

I would have given five stars, however, I had to call technical support only a week after receiving it so they could get the head jack working. It took about 30 minutes to get this done. I would expect everything working since it is a brand-new laptop, but if this is the only issue, I am very happy with it so far.

Since I am a older person who has bought this new computer and I am a slow learner, little things are frustrating, like how to access files, how to print. Otherwise, hopefully, I can learn how to use it.

I bought this laptop for my sister since she works long hours and was struggling with her old laptop. This one has a sturdy feel and premium design, the keyboard is very responsive and touchpad as well. I loved it and decided to get the same for myself.

This product has a touchscreen, a numeric keyboard, and a large screen. It is light and sleek, does not give cheap plastic vibes. The newest software makes schoolwork easy to accomplish. I can create different desktops for each course and I can use the split screen to pin different programs to the sides of the screen.

This is a really good computer. Has the features I wanted and does the job I needed it for. The 3 stars is because the speakers are essentially useless. Just constant static and breaking up. Everyrthing else is fine so far.

I bought one a year and a half ago and the hinges broke off revealing most of the screen. Do not buy this product lenovo knows that this is a recurring problem with this compuper and they are still selling this computer. If you search the product you will find that many other people had the same problem. I called for help but they said if its out of warranty that they wouldn't help me. For the computer to be fixed you will have to pay 300+ dollars. Thats half of what i paid when i bought it.

We upgraded the storage for DJ use and downgraded the OS from Win11 to Win10. Dropped in the CRUCIAL 4TB P3 PLUS GEN 4 NVME 2280 M.2 and they work great. All the drivers work for Win10.
