Shopper : How many filters can this holder hold?ELIZABETH S : You can stack two filters in this holderSHUKICHI S : This holder can hold two filters.RICHARD G : You can screw the polarizer on the front and add two additional filters.WILLIAM B : This is set up to hold 2 filters. I've used it with a circular polarizer on the lens with a couple of additional filters on this holder - so three in total. I understand that you can expand this holder to add another filter with another piece of kit available from Lee.SUSAN W : It has 3 distinct separations but using the cloths shown in the picture I have mine storing 6 ; two in each separation wrapped. Case expands nicely.

This kit works well for me, especially when I added a Lee Polarizing that fits into the holder. I found using a separate screw in CP filter to be too cumbersome. Shopper : I am new to Lee Filter system. I just bought this DSLR Starter kit. However, I can not put the holder in my 77mm lense. Do I need to buy some type of special item to connect the holder with the lense?GERALD M : You will need to purchase a 77mm lens adapter.ANTONIO O : yes you need to buy an adapter ring for your lens. The reason this system is so great is because instead of buying a bunch of filters you buy one really nice set and then get different adapter rings for each lens you own(around $30).RICHARD R : To fit the holder to the lens, an adapter ring is required. The adapter ring screws onto the camera's lens and, in turn, the filter holder clips onto the adapter ring. There are two types of LEE Filter adapter rings: one for general use, and one for wide-angle lenses (which works with other lenses too). The wide angle adapter is made of metal and is much stronger than the general adapter, which is flimsy plastic. You may view the Lee web page about adapters: leefilters(dot)com/index.php/camera/system Lee even has a video about adapters: leefilters(dot)com/index.php/camera/system#nd-videoboxJOHN N : Yes, for each lens size you need an adapter ring or a step up rig for a smaller ring you already have. MFR: WAR077 or MFR: AR077. WA is for a wide angle lens.COLIN S : You will need a Lee 77mm adapter that fits on the inside (internal diameter) of your lens. Please note that if you use a wide angle lens it may affect your photo at the widest setting.MICHAEL M : Yes, you need a Lee 77mm Adapter Ring. They come in standard and wide angle. I recommend the WA to be compatible with any 77mm lens you may have now or in the future. The adapter screws into your filter mount - hence the 77mm sizing, and the Lee holder clamps onto it.
