These are the perfect AIO for our manufacturing floor. Touch screen and attach a scanner, open the ERP and everyone is happy.

Returning unit for hardware defect
The unit I received didn't work properly. We are currently in the return process. It's going great. I would definitely recommend Lenovo products. I have an AIO 3 24" (it's great!) which is why I bought the AIO 3i 22".

Computer died within a year of purchase.
I feel nothing but regret for having bought this computer less than a year ago. Prior to completely dying, it ran incredibly slow. Not to mention, it did not come with an optical drive installed, so I could not watch/convert the home movies I own. Part of my rational in buying a desktop versus a laptop was so that I could convert DVDs in other words. On top of all of that, the technicians failed to install the optical drive, even after I went through the trouble of mailing it in. Now, not only have I sent it in once, but twice. I have yet to receive it after this latest repair job, but here's hoping they replace the old computer with one that not only has all of the necessary drivers installed but runs efficiently/doesn't die within another year.

Excellent product and performance
This looks to be the ideal combination of size, look and performance to at the right price for the budget. My experience so far for the last 10 years using Lenovo products is and still on top of every other brand. Amazing battery life, fast response, excellent customer support and many other small but important visual and physical considerations, such design, comfort, weight and overall satisfaction

OK but not Great.
Is a little slow. Love the touch screen and the all in one setup. Honestly the computer processing seems to be a lot slower the. My Lenovo laptops. Time will tell but not a bad computer all in one for the money.

Don?t bother wasting your time or money
I bought this computer in May of this year. The computer soon started having issues only weeks after getting it and would shut down randomly and consistently. It got to the point where every time I turned it back on, it shut off right away. Working with support they replaced it, great. Now I have a list of case numbers regarding the same issue on the new one they sent and no one can resolve the issue. Not happy with this purchase and no one at Lenovo seems to care. Spend your money with a different company.

Slow but pretty
Slow as my 10yr old Dell computer I just replaced. Wondering what the point was other than microsoft stopped supporting windows 7. Nice display. Slow even with all the bloatware uninstalled.

Good Choice
The IdeaCenter is a great all in one computer. It is being used in my wife's hair salon. The computer is used to schedule appointments, website maintenance, and play music throughout the salon. Well worth the money.

Extremely disappointed
This machine is beyond slow to boot up, open programs and internet page loads take minutes. I?m terribly disappointed. My MacBook Pro on same network is lightning fast.

Exceeded expectations by far!
I'm absolutely blown away at what you get in this computer, I had no idea so much was in this box. Far exceeded my expectations, Cortana speech, web cam with cover, touch screen, super fast, discount on McAfee, key board and mouse! So much!

Works for me
Easy set-up. Compared to the old laptop I was using this computer is so much faster. the large screen size lets me have multiple windows open on the screen.

FUNCTIONAL
The AIO 3i 24" is a serious gain and excellent investment, I started using Lenovo about 3 years ago and never been dissatisfied. Functional in many ways, good graphics,networking,many io options and it can be customised nefore purchase.

Convenient and compact.
The all-in-one design saves space and looks better than having a clunky tower sitting on top of the desk or even worse, sitting on the floor where it could accidentally get kicked.

Couldn't be better.
I was going to purchase from another brand, then did some research made a call to Lenovo customer service and the representative was so patient and knowledgeable. After listening to him, I was sold. I bought it and the delivery was fast. My daughter loves it and was very impressed with the speed. I am going to buy another one for my office. This is telling that I am very happy with my purchase.

Great working machine
We needed a basic step up for work and recreation, nothing too fancy. Lenovo has not let me down yet. I am not a gamer and do not try to push the boundaries of what the machine can do, but I am very satisfied with this product.

Space saver
Got this PC to replace an older model HP touchscreen PC. The device looks sleek and well built, decent speakers, but the start up and occasional lag is surprising to me since this has good specs. Still satisfied with this purchase.
