First, I am very pleased with the DualUp overall. The extra space is great, and for the work I am doing, it is much better than a horizontal display. The "picture" quality is very good, and the text is very readable. The OSD is fairly well thought out and easy to navigate with the button on the bottom. I would like to have the option to customize two of the four quick choices instead of only one. The software that comes with it is Windows only, and I will not hold my breath for Linux support (Fedora 39 plays nicely with the monitor, in my experience). The software lives in the system tray but still opens a window at start-up, which is annoying. Under the heading of protecting ignorant users from themselves, a protective film over the display during packing would have saved me tremendous heartbreak. I put a large scratch on the monitor before I even plugged it in. Naturally, this was a user error, so it was not covered under warranty, and I am not comfortable lying about it. Now, for the weakest part of the system, the built-in "hub" KVM switch is finicky. It does not like my Razor mouse at all and frequently loses the connection when switching inputs. Reaching behind the monitor to unplug and replug it each time is not sustainable, so I must find another solution. I tried uninstalling the razor software on Windows, but no joy. I have read that other users are experiencing similar problems related to the KVM. This is unfortunate, as I seriously doubt there will be a firmware update to address this. If I had known it was flaky, I might have chosen another option, but perhaps not. If you know it's weak point, and it is not important in your setup, the monitor is great. I hope to see more options like this for those of us who are not gammers.

I've wanted this monitor for a while, and I am extremely happy that I finally bought it. I use spreadsheets and PDFs a lot in my office, and this is the perfect monitor for anyone who benefits from being able to see large amounts of information without scrolling. I could not recommend this product more for people who read on their computer.

I've only had the display about a week, and so far I am really liking the aspect ratio. I am not using any of the advanced features, so I can't comment on those. I am docking one star because the display seems to wobble when used with the traditional desk stand (I couldn't use the version with the included monitor arm because it wasn't compatible with my desk).

Amazing monitor but the USB hub is not good at all. Any I connect keeps connecting and disconnecting.,
