It didn't even last two years before there was a power issue. Turns on, no picture, and has the red light. Came completely out of nowhere. No warning signs. Nothing. $500 and wont even get you 2 years. And of course it's out of warranty. Wish I could give zero stars.

The TV itself is nice, but it keeps disconnecting from the WIFI, even when it is wired in. I have it where the wifi connects to the TV but everyday it tells me that the TV disconnected from the wifi. When I am doing my work, it is so tedious having to keep unplugging a TV that is faulty on its own and has nothing to do with the user.

This tv lasted for 3 months. Bad costumer service took 3 months for them to send someone to see it and say it's not fixable.

The IR receiver in the tv stopped working. I am going through LG support to get it fixed and it has already been 3 weeks with no solution.

We have had a delivery delay THREE TIMES! Our television was under warranty and I had to argue, and go to the BBB before I received any type of help. Now LG absolutely refuses to allow us to pick up the television at the Hub an hour away. If the Television does not arrive on this third delivery I not only am going to the BBB again, I ILL indeed go to Every SINGLE News station and newspaper! I am outraged.

My television started having problems with the picture dimming to where I could barely see it. This happened one week past the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty. It feels as though the television was set to expire at that time. I'm not purchasing another LG product.

Screen on tv failed, no replacement parts. Offered to replace it after several calls and emails and waiting. Said it would be replaced in less than 7 days. When we scheduled the delivery, the earliest option was 5-6 weeks out. Called/emailed to discuss and did not get a reply

I still have not been able to bring this TV on line with NETFLIX. Cannot get past the user agreement. I have spent quite a lot of time with tech support and they cannot give me the support I need to bring this TV up and running. SOOOO DISAPPOINTED.

We bought this TV about a month ago. Setup was simple and works seamlessly with our LG Sound bar. And for the casual TV viewer -- the picture was crisp and bright. That being said, a few points to note, its clear some webOS apps are not optimized and so seem somewhat sluggish. LG should probably incentivize its 3rd party support to really get this down because the experience matters. Another thing is the remote. There are just way too many buttons and they are so bunched together, its hard for the viewer (esp in the dark) to navigate with no backlit buttons. Frankly would recommend LG hire a design team to build a more intuitive remote. The result would be fewer parts and less cost on the remote plus a better experience.

We bought this tv two months ago and we love it. The picture is great and the LG channels it comes with are great! We had an issue with some buttons on the remote repeatedly sticking. I called customer service last week and they were amazing to work with; they quickly shipped out a new remote to us, free of charge, as it is still under warranty. We are very pleased!

I bought this TV in November and the right side of my screen went black so now I can't see out of one side of my screen. Called LG and a part was supposed to be ordered and that was two weeks ago. Still haven't heard anything

I love the tv, I've had it for a year and the picture is great! The power did cut out and the board inside needed to be replaced, but LG sent out a local technician and he did a fantastic job getting it back up and working. He even showed me how to optimize the sound and a few other features. It's a great TV and dealing with LG to get it repaired under warranty was fantastic.

when i was on vacation in Nevada, there was a lg tv in my room. what i saw was a stunning picture, great features. i said thats what i will get soon. i did. i have had many compliments above my new tv already. keep up the great work with all the electronics you make.. ty so much. jim

I really enjoy the TV and all it's functions, however, the remote I got with the TV does not support all functions. There is not a microphone app on the remote, or alexa or Google app.
