it is horrible, LG products have a well-known motherboard problem after their warranty is over. The replacement does not exist. Different models, same issues, Do not buy LG and do not buy from best buy. I will buy my next from Costco and wouldn't be LG Hometheatre, it is garbage. When they do not honor a well-known problem, there is no customer service.

This is the worst economical theater system I've ever owned. The sound isn't too bad, but not as good as some cheaper systems I've had before. I like the smart features, but the system can't keep up with its own features. It takes forever to move between functions because it lags. Sometimes I'll press a button and have to wait 10 seconds for the system to do anything. Sometimes it will decide to just not work or respond at all, and I have to unplug it and plug it back in. Probably won't be buying anything LG anymore.

I really enjoy this product and its features. I would not recommend it for a real large room for the speakers don't quite carry, but for my apartment living room they are more than enough.

Here's the good. The sound quality is very good and it looks nice it also was easy to setup that's the good. Now here is the bad If your looking for something with more apps or to be able to add apps look elsewhere this system lacks apps. Yes it does have the LG store but the apps are pretty much useless unless you want games. LG should have the same apps available for the home theater systems that they have for there TV's makes no sense why they would be different. if you read about the LG app store it makes it sound like you can down load all the apps you want nope. Still deciding if I will keep it or send it back.

This less-expensive model turned my HD tv into a smart tv...the sound in my small livingroom is great, and the features allow me to access a variety of entertainment platforms that were previously not available to me. Adding Plex was easy, and my library is now extensive. Love it!

I originally purchased this system as a replacement for my old surround system, which I had for over 7 years. I wanted something that had WiFi capabilities so I could connect for online movies and Bluetooth so I could connect to my music players wirelessly. This product received overall good reviews so after months of researching I made the purchase. The first week I had the system it connected to my router/modem with ease. After that week everything went downhill. The system would not connect to my router/modem anymore, and the sound was out of sync often with my TV. The system would freeze constantly when I tried to connect wirelessly to the router/modem. I would spend hours trying to reboot the system attempting to connect to the WiFi and get the sound in sync with the TV. In a last attempt to make use of the system I moved it upstairs, from my living room, downstairs to my office where the router/modem is located and it still would not connect wirelessly. So, I had to setup a wired connection in my office to get online movies. After setting up the wired connection the system worked much better and didn’t freeze every 10-15 minutes when trying to connect wirelessly. Unfortunately, I can’t use the wired setup in my living room since I don’t have a wired connection in there.

Very good performance for my small living room. Size of the player was key, as I only had a small area available. So far I am happy after owning the system for a month.

No; It's not audiophile. for a 13 X 14 room it's great. The sub isn't going to rattle windows, which is great for me. I would recommend getting better speaker wires. The included wires are skimpy. If you need something to make your flat screen sound better in a small to med. size room, this is great. If you demand higher quality sound, pay more for a better system.

This home theater system not only met but exceeded my hopes. Wi-Fi allows me to log into Netflix et al. Bluetooth allows for streaming my music right from mp3 player.. as well as any other media I'm viewing on a remote device. Blu ray player is a crisp and beautiful picture. Haven't been able to enjoy 3D as I don't have a 3D television as of yet but when I do it'll be an LG!! Sound system rocks!! Speakers deliver great surround sound.

Overall the system works fine. I was told by a salesperson at Best Buy that the Magic Remote would work with my new LG 55 inch smart tv and this system. It does not work on the BH6730S. Wish it did, don't understand why. Other than that, seems fine.

Blue ray player has good picture and sound. Smart features are nice once you can get them to work. Hard to navigate thru them. Smart link feature has to be linked every time YV and theater is turned on. But over all a good buy.

I was tickled to death with this system. A bit complicated to set up but what new electronics isn't? I'm troubled only about having to change screens on the flat screen (HDMI input in order to change the input from FM Stereo to TV programing and back again. Perhaps there is a programming set up for quick change I haven't found yet so that's on me not the system. I added an additional woofer because I LIKE WOOFERs moving my chairs. This doesn't mean the system is inadequate - woofer wise - I just wanted even more & it can be done

I bought an LG tv and BluRay combo for a great price. Along with that - it was easy to set up and it has great sound. I use my Iphone to connect to it with the blutooth and it is so clear! I even set it up so that everytime my tv turns on the surround sound automatically kicks on and plays. This is a great product and happy I bought it. The downside is that I wish it had more apps on the bluray to offer or download. Because it would be even better! Having the wifi streaming thru it has been the best thing, because I actually turned off my cable and started using Hulu and Netflix to save $$ in the end.

3D blue ray player is fairly basic, sound quality is excellent. remote control is ways bad because of slow response and i have to point to the device with certain distance to make it work, in addition the software response of the player is too slow when i change pages or operations, unexpectedly freeze and stop, so i have to power reset it to make it respond. slow on internet and when connecting to other wireless compatible devices. My LG 3D TV which is older version TV connects even better.

This is my 2nd LG Blue Ray player. The price and quality of LG can not be beat. Before both of my LG purchases I did a lot of web research and went to local electrons stores to compare models. While I like the features (Blue Ray, WiFi, and Bluetooth) the WiFi network interface software keeps dumping my network and my network password. This is why I did not give the system a 5. We are Netflix users and if I do not use the WiFi interface daily to get to my home network so I can stream Netflix the player requires me to setup my network every time. This is not a lot of fun as my network has a 26 digit code that I have to enter every time. Other then that issue it plays DVD's and Blue Ray disk great. I do not have a 3D TV so I can not tell you how that feature works. The system is plenty loud enough and will play audio CDs as well as play music from your phone via the Blue Tooth connection. Sound quality is good for the price and the speakers are discrete enough size wise but they are wired so you have to run the speaker wires around your room.
