Stopped working after one month. Customer service was poor. Asked for a replacement and it was approved. Called for a follow up and customer service said the replacement was an error and only refund can be given after monitor is received at the warehouse. I have to wait 3 to 5 days for pickup arrangement, then 7-10 days for refund. There was alos a language barrier with customer servie.

I have been extremely pleased with my monitor. Recently had a problem with a power supply. Customer service was great sending me a replacement very quickly.

I bought a 32 inch monitor. I received a 27 inch that wasn't even close to what I ordered. Called 3 different time to do a exchange to get the right monitor. All went through the same process and said I'd get an email on the next step. I never received a email about this and even was given a email to send to and out of 2 emails never got a response. After about 2 weeks of dealing with this I decided to return the one I got. Hopefully that goes through to get my money back. I had to get something else cause i needed it for business to replace a bad one. Very poor customer service overall, I own alot of LG products and this puts a bad experience to my buying decisions of LG products.

I bought 2 monitors to replace 2 older monitors. The are very nice and both quite functional. The sound is nice as well which is an added bonus as is the USB ports on the monitors. They are nicely adjustable. They installed very quickly and easily

So far the monitor has been great. I bought it as a replacement after a 32" Gigabyte monitor stopped working on me, and I'm using the LG one as my main monitor. It has a better picture (not curved but that's fine), has better resolution and color options.

This monitor is a good value for its size, number/type of inputs, and resolution. I only have two (minor) complaints: 1. The VESA mount feature is recessed into the back of the monitor. My existing adjustable monitor mounting flange would not fit without grinding mounting flange. Other mounts may be fine as would the included stand. 2. This monitor uses an external power brick. Especially if you are using an adjustable standing desk, cable storage and management become more difficult. I'm using cable trays, but the brick takes up much of the cable management space. Also the cord and brick are white, so no chance they will blend into the shadows or the rest fo the cord spaghetti.

I think it's the best monitor with similar specifications, such as 32-inch 4k display specs, connection port, price, etc. Tilt, Elevation, and Vertical Instinct pivot, I'm happy with it again. There's no need for a monitor stand for normal use.

I am happy with the monitor, although I was hoping to be blown away when I replaced a 10-yr-old 27" monitor. The image and increased size are nice. Streaming seems a bit more ragged than on the previous monitor, perhaps due to the higher resolution required/supported. Also, I wasn't able to configure the Windows sound to use existing USB speakers - the sound switched over to the monitor speakers. It's not a great loss - I'm happy to get the old speakers off my desk - but the monitor sound is noticeably lacking compared to the 15-yr-old speakers I was using. I'm willing to live with these tradeoffs, but the upgrade wasn't the unqualified success I'd expected.

32UP550 The size of this monitor is fantastic. Image resolution is sharp. Stand is nice. Decent amount of connection options. I would love to have a monitor like this for text based work. Color quality is poor. Blacks look very grey. Greys look pale. If you are creating or consuming visual media keep looking.

I bought 2 of these for my home office setup and I'm loving it. I have one on top of the other and It's given me so much computer desktop space. Best decision I've made for upgrading my at home setup. The sound out of the monitors is good and the gutter bezel is minimal, and ascetically pleasing. My Favorite part is how much scrolling has been reduced due to the large screen size.
