I use this headset on a daily basis for work. I had to replace one I had for MANY years and this was the updated model. It only lasted six months and the audio stopped. I contacted LG and the return/repair process was extremely smooth before I knew it my dud has replaced and I was back to work. This is a workhorse of a headset and perfect for those of us that are not earbud fans.

I've own this pair of Headphones for over a year and no one can ever hear me speak. I've isolated the problem to the placement/position of the microphone which is to high on the headset wich does not catch the sound waves. Terrible engineering.

I have been using my new LG headset and it is PHENOMENAL! It allows me to get multiple things accomplished while wearing it and i love the efficiency of the product. I highly recommend this item.

Wow its light to have in your ear and its not falling down off your head so at times im bobbing my head the headset stays in place!! Just freakin awesome!!

Got this headset as a Christmas gift 2019. Had to send it in for repairs November HBS-780 2020 because I was unable to hear on it. Thank goodness it was still under warranty. Took a few phone calls to finally get the right help. Repairs were fast. Headset works well to hear now but mic is not as good as it was. People say it’s hard to understand what I’m saying. Seems muffled. Overall I’ve been pleased with this headset.

These headphones are very convenient especially when you have a lot going on. Unfortunately after 5 months they started shutting off even after I would charge it all night. Fortunately, I have an extended warranty and LG covers first year, so get an extended warranty, cause like any other device, there may be issues down the road and save your receipt to provide proof of purchase. Would recommend product ONLY with a warranty.

Got this as a gift during the Holidays of 2018 and they were absolutely great until about a month ago when the left side died. I wonder what the newest model is since these seem to be discontinued.

I love my headset! Being a teacher that works remotely from home allows me the opportunity to connect to my computer via Bluetooth and not disturb my kiddos in the next room while teaching.

For the most part these are good headphones but the wires to the speakers are so flimsy they broke after a year or so and I didn't buy the extended warranty

I love my HB's there are a few tweeks.. 1. Please put the volume control on the opposite side (right side. Both answer/hang up and volume are currently on left side and you will constantly hang up on calls. 2. Suggestion.. making a better background noise reducer. Person on other end of call can hear background clearly.

I've had three of these. My kids broke one and the other I used so much I wore it out after two years. They connect to both of my phones at one time and that is amazing for me. I'm sad they have discontinued manufacturing these because they are by far the best I have ever had.

I really enjoyed my Bluetooth headset when i bought back on Apirl 21st of 2019 it came in handy while driving it. I need a new one as my old one quit working

Had these 3 months and they randomly power off and back on sometimes during phone calls. LG returns the SAME earbuds each time I do a warranty return without repairing them.

I’ve been using this for 2 years now and I’m a happy camper. Bluetooth is a must for me as a driver. With the 2 ear buds, it also cuts out the noise form outside. Sound quality is great!!

The headset kept loosing sound on one or both ears. I had it sent to the repair depot 3 times in one year. Sound and bass are great, the ear pieces from my first pair(white-clearish ones are the ones i use now. If it wasnt for the vibrate when Bluetooth connectivity is lost and decent sound quality, id be long gone from LG tones. I just received the 3rd pair back and i hope it last a year. f.y.i first pair last 3 years and 2 of those years i was a Technician working outside. OUTSTANDING quality!

Have had them less than a year and the volume goes out in the right ear which is what happened to the first pair I had for less than a year. Very disappointed with this products sustainability. I liked them until I had this issue for the second time and the fact that it happens less than a year after purchased them. Will be looking for a new brand since this brand is unreliable.

I’ve had them for a year and they’ve been sent back twice for only one earpiece working. Now we’re going on the third time and now only one earpiece works AND they power off in the middle of a conversation.

About nine months ago, I got this headset with my iphone (no headphone jack and paired it with that. But that's it. It will not pair with ANY other device, even if I unpair it from my phone. Also, it has connectivity issues after moving out of range and back into range. When it reconnects, the sound quality is poor and often breaks up. I have to turn off the device and restart to get back to a decent quality.

I purchase these headphones almost 1 year ago. The sound on them were awesome. Nice bass and clear treble is what really made me like them. Unfortunately, the right ear bud stopped working now and I'm not at all happy about that. I had a pair of LG headphones and they lasted almost 5 years. So I was expecting at least close to that with my current pair since these were supposedly better. VERY disappointed!

Got them for Christmas. Lasted about 8-9 months and one side stopped working. Too expensive not to last longer than that. I tried the warranty. Sent them back and said physical damage. No Damage on them. I wear them to work out in. Enjoyed them while they lasted. I guess I’ll find some different ones. Different brand

I purchased this headset 1/27/18 and I have not once regretted that decision. This headset has awesome range! I can still hear my music playing while I'm downstairs and my phone is upstairs! I love the crisp clear sound quality and the long battery life. I can connect my headset to my phone and my laptop at the same time. The volume gets pretty high which is a plus as well.
