I added on a couple of cameras and they plugged right in and worked. Good night vision and good switch to full color.

I would recommend this product, though there are now those from Lorex with a higher resolution. I use these to watch over my driveway and front door. Two nights ago, my truck was broken into, in the middle of the night. I have a pretty clear profile of the perpetrator that I intend to share with the police.

My application is above the front door and gives a perfect birds-eye view of the entire front porch to catch those porch pirates in action. The perfect complaint to my Ring 2 camera.

This smaller camera makes for better placement....Easy to install POE Camera. Received the new camera, installation was quick and easy with the POE... plug and play, LNR400 recognized the camera and within minutes it is up and running.

Works okay. Overall works as advertised. However I am seeing that the images in certain conditions appear to be very red. Other than that seems fine.

I installed a new 4K system recently because my old nvr wasn?t compatible with newer technology cameras. I added this less expensive camera above front door to my house to capture faces. Installed it yesterday and so far it appears like it will suffice. Making directional adjustments is clunky but I?ll get the hang of it. I don?t have a reason not to give the camera five stars at this time. I would like to see more vivid cameras with better license plate capturing ability in the future available from Lorex. I was pleasantly surprised to learn they had made better cameras available in the last couple years it was a long time coming but I?d like to see it continue with better clarity and assured license plate capture ability.

Clear picture and good quality housing. The camera did fail after 2 years but Lorex is sending a replacement. Sharp picture and night vision. Easy to install//

I have had a Flir NVR System now for 3 years and it's been great! I wanted to add 2 more camera's but the NVR I bought at the time only had 4 ports, didn't think I'd need more than 4 camera's. Always plan for more even if you don't use them right away. So, I had to add a 4 port POE Switch for the 2 camera's. It really went very easy, almost plug and play. The camera's are really good quality and the picture is even better. I'm now thinking about adding a PTZ with an additional IR source to get the needed range at night. I would recommend and have their systems. Good Job.

I bought a PoE HD 1080p system with NVR and 4 cameras about 4 months ago and I am yet to have 1 single problem resolved by tech support. 2 of the 4 cameras don't work. 1 did not work from day 1 and because their weather proof adapters don't fit/work another camera stopped working entirely. The app will not not work on my wife's android phone and I cannot install the software on my PC - Lorex is aware of the problem with their software too. So basically I cannot live view because no app or software works and beside half of the cameras don't work. I have submitted over 20 support tickets to Lorex but I just get a generic reply copied and pasted from the instruction manual. No actual real assistance. And when they do reply 50/50 chance its a week later then within 24-48h they close your support ticket before its even resolved then you have to open it again and again... Finally they did get back to me and said they would call me and asked for a time so I gave them a time and... surprise they never called. I opened a support ticket and asked them to call me the next day and... they never called. Opened another support ticket, none of the tickets in over a month have been responded to. The only thing I can say is that the 2 cameras that do work for now look good but as a whole I would NEVER recommend Lorex to anyone, this has been a total waste of $700 and do you think I could get a response about my request for a refund? No. Thanks Lorex, you are the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with by far. You should be out of business but obviously you spend a lot of money on a nice website can sales gimicks and they are enough 1st time buyers out there to dupe and keep you in business.. for now. I don't expect you will even post this review on your website but it was worth a shot in case you care about me as a customer and your potential new customers.

I purchased the camera and an NVR unit. Upon receiving each the camera didn't work. However LOREX made the return very easy and very quick. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Once I got the new camera, installation was quick and easy with the POE. My system has been up and running now for a little more than a week and everything is working just fine. Great pictures and video. Night vision is better than I expected. I highly would recommend this system for anyone thinking about it.

Easy installation and works well, good wide angle to cover the door and porch area. Only down side is I forgot to get audio with the camera. With POE they should be putting audio standard on all IP cameras.

I have now purchased 2 of these cameras - as additions to my NVR (LNR400 series). They are simply great cameras. Very clear pictures and good quality at night as well. The POE (power over ethernet) makes them easy to install and set up. They are constructed well - very durable - with no plastics.
I am very statisfied with this product from FLIR/Lorex.

Pros: plug and play is always good. Comes right up on the NVR ready to go
Cons: mounting bracket could have a better design. If you don't mount the base correctly and have to rotate the eye, the cable can bind on the base bracket and you can only turn it so far, which requires you to remount the base. Marker for eye up position would be could so you get orient the picture correctly.
