I have not yet replaced

I have not yet replaced my old one with this new one. It is a standby. The old one still works great and has worked without fail for more than ten years, but I wanted another on hand "just in case."

Works great.

Our camera is up our driveway 500 ft from the receiver in our house. Works great. No "out of range" messages. Just need to aim it correctly.

The product worked up until the DVR failed after 3 years of service. You would think that a $600 4 camera system would last longer than 3 years, I guess that is all we can expect from products made in China.

No brain required for installation. Appears to have helped my range (S/N). A bit expensive for a simple device but it seems to work.

The system didn't work without the extender. 300 ft from a metal barn to a log home. Works great. Less trips to check on my animals. Thank you.

They seem to work OK, but not quite as well as I would have liked. Could be structual interference.

I am happy with extender antenna. Mounted it on porch railing with connector up. It quit working because water got in it. Rotated to connector down and it works well.

In a straight line with the original lorex camera at 75 feet and zero reception, unlike the original antenna this $ 100 antenna is a waste of time and money

Poor reception and range if utilizing cameras without the additional directional wireless range. I purchased two; one for furthest camera and the other for the receiver. Have not had "out of range" issues since. If you are buying cameras, invest the extra money and purchase the antennas. You'll need them.

It's a hard unit to mount and discord badly over as short a time as a year. It begins to turn yellowish is color. Also, the connections are not easy to use. I would not recommend this product.

Once I removed the four antennae from the box, it was only minutes before I was able to install them. I purchased them for my wireless cameras and felt that my signal would improve with the extra 20' that allowed me to place the receivers outside the building instead of inside (which meant the signal had to pass through two walls). Sure enough, two of the signals came up with all bars displayed. The other two just need some alignment (their camera antennas are hiding behind the buildings they are mounted to) on the camera end to gain similar signal strength. This turned out to be a great investment!

The placement of the camera is around a garage and with this product I was able to run the 20' cord from the camera to a better location for reception. It did improve the reception considerably, the cost could be cheaper and I would by another.

Not at all impressed with this range extender. For the price, I was expecting a dramatic difference. My setup of location is different than a wide open view, but the Lorex tech was quick to recommend after a long discussion of my problem.

I have a large property with a shed. When I added the wireless range extender to the camera on the shed, I got a constant, strong signal. Highly recommend.

The Lorex technical people suggested this antenna. I have two LW2232 cameras that have had marginal performance in part, I learned, because they transmit on the same frequency as my home computer network. I was having frequent dropped signals. We installed this on one camera and the signal strength has gone from 1 bar to three or four. It also seems to be amplifying the other LW2232 camera's signal. For now, it's woking great. There is one issue that Lorex needs to address. The connection to the camera (supplied cable) and the camera itself are both "female." My electrician had to cut a short copper wire to insert to create the appropriate connection.

I had 2 camera locations out of four that had weak and intermittent signals. I installed these antennas and it greatly improved the signal for a steady constant picture. This item is worth the cost and does the job it is designed for.

I tried placing the this booster antenna closer to Dvr but didnt have ful power going thtu 2 cinderblock walls. I changed it so only has to pass thru one block wall and now have full power reception.

Lorex is definitely the go to equipment, Top of the line!

Use the ACCANTD9, 2.4GHz Directional Wireless Panel Antenna, to focus a wireless signal onto one specific camera in order to increase the range of transmission (clear line-of-sight between the camera and the antenna is required).

Clear line-of-sight
A clear line of sight between the antenna and wireless camera is highly recommended to ensure maximum signal strength. It is important to note that concrete, trees, or other large objects can greatly reduce the strength of your signal.

Directional
This antenna is designed to be used with a single wireless security camera. The spread of the signal emanating from this antenna is quite narrow, which means that you need to point the antenna directly at your wireless camera.

Typical installations
The ACCANTD9 directional wireless security camera signal booster can be installed in many different locations, such as a roof, fence, deck, or the side of your house. Just make sure that you can safely drill into your selected location.

Easy installation
To install this antenna you will need to first secure the mounting plate to the location of your choosing. Next, remove the rubber cap from the bottom of the antenna and connect the included Antenna Extension Cable. Then slide the antenna onto the mounting plate and run the extension cable to your wireless camera's receiver.

Combine with another directional antenna
To boost the wireless signal even further, you can add a secondary directional antenna to the wireless camera itself. Simply connect the second directional panel antenna using an SMA extension cable. A clear line-of-sight between the two directional antennas is highly recommended in order to maximize signal strength.
