Works as intended

A great addition for the RoadTrip Tripod that can be used to get critical, low to the ground shots or just to save weight when full height is not required. Solid aluminum fits perfectly. Just unscrew the hook from the bottom of the long column, slide it out, then slide in the short column and lock in place.

Works as advertised

It's pretty straightforward- it fits in the tripod's center column socket, allows you to get the tripod height lower than you would with the standard center column. It does what it's supposed to do, and it's quick to change it with the standard column.
