The CiNX 7 Fluid Head, the centerpiece of this kit, is a lightweight yet durable piece of equipment, packed with features that cater to the diverse requirements of cinematographers. Its wide payload range, from 6kg (13.2lbs) to 25kg (55.1lbs), allows for accurate counterbalance of various camera sizes, lenses, and accessories, enhancing its versatility. A standout feature of the CiNX series is Miller's patented 16 CB Plus technology. This unique sequential counterbalance design facilitates accurate and rapid setup, making it an ideal choice for cinematographers who need to re-rig frequently and quickly. The kit also includes a sideload platform for rapid deployment of a wide range of camera rigs, and an extended camera plate range of movement for balancing front-heavy setups. The telescopic pan handle, extendable by 200mm (5"), is particularly useful when heavy drag is applied. The multi-positional articulated pan handle is designed for those who require precise pan and tilt control. Its positional flexibility enables challenging shots at awkward angles. The serrated handle clamp extender allows pan handles to be mounted 50mm out from the fluid head. The kit also includes a Mitchell Base Adapter for mounting CiNX Fluid heads on industry-standard Mitchell flat base tripods, a D100mm Claw Ball (factory fitted), a D150 Claw Ball Level adapter for attaching to the bottom of a flat-based fluid head, and a Mounting Block for attaching up to 3kg of accessories, such as an external viewfinder. This kit is designed to accommodate both 1/4" and 3/8" threads.
