I like Microsoft Office. This package is for both PC and MAC. I like the physical product from Microsoft rather than a download from an online retailer, even though you ultimately use the code in the box to download the program from Microsoft. The price was way cheaper from Adorama than Best Buy. I only wish the lifetime version I bought came with publisher.

This review is really about Adorama's terrific pricing and service rather than a rating of Microsoft Office, which at this point in time is really an essential utility you either must have or you don't. I bought a new windows home-office computer and couldn't migrate my prior (2013) Office Suite from the 7- year old desktop machine that was no longer keeping up. I have access from home to a full Office suite through my company online work account, but need the basics (Word, Excel and and Powerpoint) for personal projects on the local drive at home. As I'll keep mynew Dell micro desk top machine 5 or 6 years in all likelihood, I preferred to "buy" the software rather than pay the new annual Microsoft Office annual license (cuts my Office software cost in half over the likely useful life of the computer). You can find "cheaper" Office downloads on line, but many aren't from legitimate resellers and the downloads can compromise your computer. Adorama as a licensed reseller protects you from this risk, and in my case its ability to sell "last year's" (2019) version of MS products ("model years" don't matter much any longer) at substantial discounts below Microsoft's own online pricing makes the purchase a no-brainer (particularly when you factor in that MS is now shifting to annual licenses rather than sofware "sales", and if you divide the retail purchase price of this product by the annual MS license fee, it's essentially "free" in the third year of use and on). Adorama's web and store experience and prompt delivery is no less than you would expect from a top online retailer - as all of my purchase experiences with Adorama have been over the years. I've also bought a couple of high end electronic and audio products from Adorama at literally garage sale prices, which have merited at least an occasional look at Amazon's "specials", and this purchase was no exception.

I expected (and was hoping) it was a software disk, especially since it was mailed to me in a very protective box. Once I saw what it was, for the life of me I can’t figure out why it wasn’t just emailed.

I purchased this version of Microsoft Office Home and Student 2019 Software to use on a Mac Book while working from home. This was exactly what I was looking for and was easy to install. There is no disc with this. You have a product key and download directly from the web. This product is for one one computer or laptop also.

Installed on my Mac, works great. Would definitely recommend buying the product (especially for the Adorama price) over subscribing to Office 365. The only way it could improve would be if they emailed the product key instead of mailing you basically an empty box with a product key inside.

Do not like how mail and the calendar is set up. I much prefer the convenience that Office is on my 2015 Dell computer. Much better.
