This is my second surface purchase. Bought one over 5 years ago and I finally dropped it and broke the screen. So I decided to just replace it. If anyone how has never used a Surface, you have no ideal what you are missing. Powers through photo editing for me with ease. I have never been let down by my Surface products in my 6+ years of ownership

I got it for a client and haven't had any complaints. I have an older model and I love it. Surface pro is awesome. My only complaint is us older folks with failing eye sight wish there was one with a bigger screen/

the unit I recieved stopped working after a few days, I notified Adorama, they immediately refunded my money, I reordered the product, and am waiting for delivery

I love it. It is just what I needed. The benefits of a computer and convenience of a tablet (my first one). I am 63 and a full-time university student, not very tech savvy; the Surface Pro is not as intimidating as as my laptop. It is user friendly and I can take tutorial classes through Microsoft. I bought this to use as a computer for my remote photography using Tether Tools Air Direct. It works great for this application. I was hoping it would be a little faster. It powers on very slow for having an SSD drive and applications seem to take a longer time to load than I would have liked. So far it is working for what I need but I did have some issues getting it to update Windows 10. I took over 8 hours for it to update and then it hung up and I had to start over.

I'm a photographer and web designer, and needed something to show my portfolio on. I'd used an android tablet before but it was getting old and was excruciatingly slow if I used it for anything else. The Surface pro is awesome. I can run Photoshop and other Windows software on it, no more being limited to phone apps. The screen is big enough to see the fullsize versions of websites, rather than the 'mobile' versions, so I can use it with my web design clients, too. I've been a Mac user for years, and kept going back and forth between getting an iPad Pro or the Surface Pro. Decided for the Surface, and glad I did. Always said I'd never go back to Windows, but Windows 10 has been free of the bugs and issues I had with Windows years ago. Given the EXTREME prices of new Macs, I'll probably have my son build me a Windows computer when my ten year old Mac Pro dies.
