Great picture quality, mediocre mounting foot
The LifeCam HD-3000 was very easy to set up on my Windows 10 computer and the image quality is top notch. The camera has an flexible foot to adapt to different monitor sizes but I found that I couldn't mount it to my monitor as well as the old camera it replaced.

Well made, works as advertised and worth the price
It’s much smaller than I thought it would be, about the size of my watch, but thicker. I plugged it into my Mac Mini and waited for something to happen. A tiny blue light popped on for about a second, and that was it. I was hoping I hadn’t blown it up, right off the bat. I couldn’t figure out how to see if it was working. Finally, I opened Zoom and there I was in accurate color and sharp as a tack. Then I noticed that I could use the built-in mic instead of the little lavaliere mic I had been using. That I tested with System Preferences > Sound, and then recorded a little test. It was much better than the lavaliere.
Originally, Adorama was out of stock, but I signed up for their tracker that kept me informed of whether it was in stock. Over about four months, I was notified five or six times that it was still not in stock, and then bingo, it was available. I jumped on it, and I’m glad I did.

Small But Great!
Just got it after ordering it 6 months ago. It was back ordered.
Very easy to set up. Just plug it in & its ready to go. It is very clear, lots of people have mentioned how clear it is. I love that it is small but its rather top heavy so it falls over quite a bit. Love how the angle can be adjusted but it is a little hard to keep it just right, slight adjustments don't quite stay put. It bounces back up to the wrong spot.
Overall though, i would definitely recommend it!

Perfect for Skype
Bought the Microsoft LifeCam for "Skyping" with my kids in the UK. Brilliant!
The only downside is that since it's not integrated into the display, it's hard to remember to look into the camera instead of watching the party on the other end but, hey... it's that or no video at all!
Compact, discrete, easy setup, high function with quality video at an unbeatable price.
A great buy.

problems with windows 10
webcam is great and it works automatically but if youre on windows 10 you cant install the drivers for it so you miss out on the features you get access to in the drivers, cam still works, and mic works, but you cant disable or change the brightness on it or turn off the low light stuff etc kinda dissapointing but its still worth the money

Handy little webcam
I was shocked at how cool this little camera can be. Great for beginning broadcasting on Twitch. The built in stand folds grips around monitor edge to make easier setup.

EXPECTING MORE FROM DELL
Worst buying experience ever. This camera does not work with Windows X and it is not stated anywhere. I was not able to installed it or use it.
