I love how slim and light this is but charging this takes forever with magnetic charging sometimes when you hit the buttons to charge your phone it?s either it charges or fails to do so. I had to return it

My juice pack is not
My juice pack is not charging my phone. It charges only when it is plugged in. I?m still trying to troubleshoot the problem because I don?t really want to go through a return. The case itself is very light and stylish. I just wish it worked.

Battery case
Unfortunately my battery case isn?t holding a charge more than 30 minutes. The warranty process hasn?t worked for me.

Not much of a charge
Having purchased multiple mophie cases for older phones over the years, I decided to ignore the bad reviews. The battery is pretty weak but it?ll get you enough charge if you?re in a pinch. 10$ is a fair price, I suppose..

Horrible product
After fully charging the case, it only provided 2 extra hours of life for my phone, & I only used non-streaming apps. Not even worth the discounted price!

Covers the charging jack on iPhone
This phone cover/battery is great in every way but one - it protects the phone, it?s a slim design, and it gives your phone extra battery life. One flaw - it covers the charging Jack on iPhone XR. I usually use wireless charging but if I travel, I plug a cord into the jack. Had to take the whole thing off to charge and then had no extra life as my juice air pack was dead.

Poor battery life.
Juice pack doesn?t last for even one charge of my phone. I would not recommend buying it.

It will indeed add battery. And cause problems.
I really wanted to like this, as I type from the phone I replaced my XR with. I just needed about 20% more batter to get through my day, which this delivered. However it caused a whole rife of problems elsewhere. The lightning port wouldn?t function if the juice pack was full. So if I wanted to use CarPlay early my day, for example, I?d have to remove the case. It?s the right form factor. It?s the right weight. It?s the wrong solution.

Nice case and great to have back up but does not come even close to charging my iPhone very much at all. Kinda sad. It does get me through the day but would have expected more of a recharge

Works great so far. Fits well. Extra battery is great.
Only complaint is the power button is a little weird. No positive click and I end up holding it down and the phone tries to turn off.

Love the juice
Love having more battery! This is my third Mophie battery case bow and I?m hooked! I?m a lead RN for a busy hospital and doctor?s have to be able to reach me. I wish it was less slick to hold on to however. I frequently drop my phone and the last case brokeke at the top corners after repeated drops. Well worth the money! I do like the recharge port better with this new case as a regular cord for my iphone works now. Yes! Buy it.

Very bad product, DO NOT BUY.
Purchased this product 10 days back.
Out of box the product came fully discharged. After charging overnight(4 lights) and placing the phone inside the case and checking the battery charge status it changed to 2 LED lights within 2 mins. And after 12 mins it was at the single LED light.
I tried to go online to request for a refund or replacement, there is no option at all for doing either.
This the second ZAGG mophie battery related product I own and had the same experience.
STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY PRODUCTS FROM ZAGG!!
