About Mole-Richardson Biax-2

The Mole-Richardson Biax-2 Omni Fluorescent Light with Yoke, Local Dimming (220V AC) is created from a blend of lightweight polypropylene and aluminum. This is a 2- tube, 110 watt, 220 volt AC fluorescent fixture with yoke mount and 5/8" receptor. The Molescent Biax-2 fixture is ideal for use in Television and Film Studios as well as other long term applications. The Molescent houses high output, 55w Biax fluorescent tubes, available separately, with on-board, dimmable flicker-free ballast and 2 power switches.

  • Lightweight housing made of aluminum and polypropylene, with a black powder coated enamel finish
  • Two separate rocker switches -- one for each 2 tubes
  • Highly polished 95% reflective aluminum reflector
