to the person saying it's been 11 days and they still haven't shipped it out to you. it's back ordered, they ship the item when they have it in stock, you should have known that before ordering it. it's not their fault, the GPU is out of stock mainly because of COVID, so graphics cards aren't as available as they used to be. Nonetheless this card is good for the money, and i still am waiting for it to come in.
