The impressive feature of this viewfinder camera, the MINOx GT-S, is it's shear elegance. Technical gadgetry has purposely been avoided, packing as many mechanical features into the camera as possible. This no-nonsense handling allows the photographer to let his or her creative imagination run free.

Through the selection of any desired aperture, both depth of field and exposure can be played with to define creative picture composition. The extremely quiet central diaphragm shutter permits a discreet and unobtrusive photography not to be found in conventional compact cameras.

A superb imaging performance is achieved with the exceptionally powerful multi-coated Minoxar lens 35 mm f/2.8 with integrated skylight filter. The focusing range of the lens is from 70 cm to infinity, and is ideal for exposures in the near-focus range.

The camera also has a "green line" snapshot setting, enabling particularly dynamic and spontaneous photography. The MINOx GT-S features automatic film speed setting (DX-coding).

And to match the elegant design of the MINOx GT-S, MINOx is also presenting a flash unit with guide no. 18 (ISO 100/21°). The flash unit really lights up night scenes and prevents those annoying red eyes through appropriate parallax between lens and reflector!
