I purchased this as an exact replacement for the one that I had.   Loved my previous one so I kept with the known winner. My new one has not disappointed me.  Same great quality and simple straight-forward operation.  It just plain and simple does it's job.

I bought this charger about 6 months ago at a local vape store, I purchased it because I had the same one before I moved and lost it. Fast forward to today and I wake up to it just not even working. No lights turn on, it doesn't charge - nothing. Very dissatisfied

Best chargers hands down just replaced an 8 year old charger I used daily. If this one holds up that long I'll be even more pleased. This brand was recommended to me 8 yrs ago.

I’ve charged several different battery types simultaneously, with no issues. Even used it to charge a few older model batteries packs. Seems to do a great job regardless of the battery  type....SFSG !

While putting standard 18650 batteries into the charger it is difficult to get the positive contact point to consistently make contact with the battery. The battery must be almost exactly level for charging to begin. Also while charging the slightest vibration or settling of the batteries will stop the charging cycle when the positive point slips out of alignment.

Had the old version and it was perfect.  Wore it out after several years of hard use.  Purchase the new version.  Trying to charge new rechargeable batteries, only got one light after 1.5 hours and charger got really hot.  Called company and they were awesome!  Sent me a new charger.  If you just put batteries in charger, (multiple different brands tried), no connection.  Have to lift battery and fiddle with it to make connection.  About half the time they’ll charge.  Otherwise, only one light for hours and no charge. Have to monitor, fiddle, reposition, etc.  not reliable at all.

This was a replacement for a charger I purchased about 10 years ago.  It was taking a long time to charge batteries and not on every position.  The new charger works as advertised.

nitecore intellicharger new i4 charges all batteries as stated by specs. have charged 100 plus 18650 18500 14650 and many ni-mh batteries with no issues.

This unit is quite versatile as well as well built. This unit has a a polarized AC power port as well as a 12vdc power port which is ideal for use with a solar charger or charging bank. Because this unit will charge "D" cells as well as smaller and Lithium it is my first choice when backpacking.

I placed my order around 2:30 PM on Friday and in less than 30 minutes they notified me that it had been shipped. On Monday around 10 AM my I4 charger,18650 batteries and battery magazine were in my mail box and this was with the free shipping option by USPS. Can't beat that kind of service. I will make another post about the products I bought after I have used them for a week or so.

Awesome charger had a pair of batteries that would only last about a day after charging with this charger it reconditioned the batteries and they have lasted 2 days now. I highly recommend this charger.
