I am very pleased. Easy start up process. Easy as in I was walked through the start up process through the Xfinity app. The nighthawk had to reboot first thing but other than that it was easy.

Easy setup and has been a great improvement! Pretty easy setup. Aa little confusing as I had to reach out to carrier, wasnt clear.

I'm so glad that my friend told me to get the nighthawk Wi-Fi cable modem router I love it. I'm so glad I don't have to deal with cable companies equipment anymore and that I own my own things. It worked so good. I have no problems with anything and they answer all my questions anytime I have any problems I get all the help I need thank you thank you thank you.

I bought this to set up more advanced protections for my kids. It was pretty quick and easy to set up safeguards. Glad I made the purchase. Speeds are great too. And worked great with xfinity.

This router has been a life saver. ?? My connection is excellent, even with multiple devices - from phones, to a camera system, to laptops, 4 tvs, tablets - we don't have any issues. With my old router, another brand, I feel like we were always resetting it. I've done it once with this one! I wish I would have switched sooner! Super easy to log in and check out how your router is running.

I have alway used Netgear products and have never had any issues. My reason for having to buy a new Cable Modem-Router is because my old one was 6-7 yrs old. I believe that as with all electronics, once they get older they don't keep up with the new software updates.

I have a simple home network so cannot speak to how the product would perform in a more demanding environment. However, it is working as described . The setup was pretty straightforward, the primary complication being, as it always is, with Comcast not Netgear. I was able to speak to a Netgear real person who was helpful and efficient.

Overall, the NETGEAR Nighthawk router performs well. The speeds are fast and the coverage is consistent across my home. I also like the advanced settings for managing devices and security.

I was renting a modem router from my service provider and had an emergency when it couldn't work. I work from home so I needed a fast reliable replacement. This Netgear Nighthawk was just the right product. It was affordable, available, quick set up, and was more proficient than what I needed and certainly what I had before.

Excellent product. Unfortunately I've been unable to use the Device Manager function of the app which was one of the main reasons I purchased this modem. Signal strength is great and no connection issues
