Purchased directly from Netgear, I initially ordered the wrong unit (modem only), and needing a modem/router, requested a return, which was handled flawlessly. The unit works great and was easy to set up, would recommend highly.

Works with my Sparklight cable internet, and has not shown any issues. No lag, no random shutdowns, and no reason to concern.

I am so pleased I made this investment in the NETGEAR product, customer service made it easy for me when I was in distress. Extremely easy to set up. Had to call customer service at one point. The call went extremely well. Well accept, it was difficult to understand him. He had a really thick accent. But other than that. I love it

I bought the C7000v2 to replace another modem. I've had a Better router for over 10years without a hiccup, unlike other Brands that needed trading back in for replacement due to poor qualify during manufacture, Better has always worked straight out of the box every time. (I've had 4 previous Better routers). They work and have always exceeded the specs stated on the box and in the operating instructions.
