Best WiFi 6 system yet
Just upgraded from a 750 series router to an 850. The system supports many more (4x) devices with more stability. Very easy to install and operate.

Bought this expecting a moderate jump since my house is rather large, but the performance boost has been pretty high. The installation process took maybe 20 minutes, and it was pretty easy to get going afterwards. It works and does what it's supposed to, not sure what else to say but that.

Works wonders!!
We had absolutely no signal in the lower left end of the house. Weak signal on the right. Now it's great. We have almost 30 devices hooked to Orbi, still no issues. Thank you

Restarts constantly
Modem restarts constantly, several times a day, repeatedly, even with updated firmware. Customer service goes days between replies. Meanwhile, my internet is horribly unreliable.

So So System
I am somewhat disappointed with this product. I understand the Orbi RBR850's are not the newest system out there. Still, this system was not cheap to purchase. I just feel that when someone purchases an item that is expensive and meant to be a top of the line, one expects to get top of the line and to work at top tier for a long time. These Orbi's did not quite meet my expectations. I was under the impression that with this great and expensive product, I would get magical like experience with the wifi mbps being near what a ethernet puts out. I am realistic and understand this product can't fully deliver the total amount of mbps as ethernet can, however, I was expecting close to the numbers ethernet offer. I had this expectations because I believed this product was the best and top of the line. My internet provider is providing me with 1Gig service. I am only getting about 4 to maybe 5 hundred mbps, this is disappointing.

Set up was fast and simple. Customization options are solid. So far, the mesh network has been very reliable and stable! Looking forward to many years of usage.

Drops Internet Connection
The Orbi seems to drop internet connection routinely. I did not have this problem with my previous two Orbi systems.

Awesome product
We have tried several WiFi routers with no luck. The minute we set this one up it was amazing! WiFi throughout our home with very little setup required! Definitely recommend this to everyone!

Awesome upgrade from old NETGEAR router
Amazing mesh WiFi router system. Upgraded from NETGEAR R8000 NIGHTHAWK X6 AC3200 TRIBAND WIFI ROUTER.
I was first hesitant to make the purchase but I had to because my old router wasn't giving me what my internet plan was 500mbps. My download speeds that I was paying for was not in the low 175mbps range from some parts of my home, 345 near my router. Now I'm over exceeding my current WiFi plan, I'm getting 610 mbps near my router, 590 at the furthest part of my home with close to 5000 sqft. My new orbi mesh system (1 router and 3 satellites). I'm highly satisfied with my first mesh system.

Orbi Mesh Router
I was using another brand mesh system and it was okay? But just!
I hooked up the Orbi and this old house built in 1941 woke up from a deep sleep.
My upload and download speeds literally doubled!

Reliable, wide coverage, easy setup
This is the 3rd RBS850 that I use in my spread-out 7,000 sq. ft. home and small ranch. I purchased this unit in order to add a strong signal over the rear 5 acres and it works well, reaching the furthest corners of the back of my land. It's reliable, provides wide coverage and took about 5 minutes to set it up (4 minutes of which was connecting it and waiting for it to boot up). Great buy!

Great Upgrade
New 5600sf home went from TO Link to a 3 pc Orbi mesh system RBK853 system and it really increased the signal through the whole house. Nice quality and great performance.

4 months trouble shooting wasting hours of my time. 1st 850 set to manual channel 36 broadcasts in background on wrong channel. They replace with another 850 they say they tested?same problem. It's a hardware or software glitch unfixed. NOT HAPPY with their support at all being a guinea pig for months and they probably know it's a known issue. Wasted so so much of my time. If they do not replace with a newer model I will leave this brand I've supported for over 20 years and will not recommend to anyone. Don't buy an RBR850

This made our family happy
The struggle was real. We live out in the country. Always had trouble getting a strong enough signal for our home. Not anymore, ordi is just made it easy for us. To add in the convenience to turn on and off kids is the best
