Reliable, easy, outdated help
Great router-easy to set up and works well. I'm docking one star because the help manual and chatbot still mention SSID broadcast settings, which are no longer supported. Netgear should update their support materials to avoid confusion

Top Notch!
Replaced my name brand WiFi7 router with these because my internet would go out for 10-20 seconds 5 times a day. After installing these my internet hasn't dropped once!

Rocky setup, outstanding performance
We bought a used system from the previous tenants in our rental. The setup process took a couple start-from-scratch retries (I obviously made some mistakes, but it wasn't clear what to do on a few steps). Probably took a bit over an hour start to finish.
Once I got it up and running, it's performing incredibly. There's no corner of our home that isn't getting outstanding speeds, and after the first week there hasn't been a single issue. Very happy.

Orbi set up
I like the Orbi set up it just seems a bit complicated to add an additional extension.

Lacking Hardware Information.
As soon as I got the satellite set up, my obnoxious puppy chewed through the cord. No big deal, right? But the on the website, the assorted information for my model doesn't tell me what kind of charger to replace it with. I threw away the one that was chewed up, not thinking any thing of it. All I know is that I need to use only an Orbii issued charger. Ok. Cool. I'm not sure where to purchase one and I'm not interested in buying a whole new satellite just for the power cable. So?? at least the main router does a better job than the one we had prior.

Excellent coverage
I have tried other brands that had better reviews, but net gear always meets or exceeds what they advertise. Additionally the hardware lasts longer than another brand I have bought. There mesh even covers through concrete walls, which no other brand has been able to do without additional extenders.

Great Mesh Wifi!
The NetGear Orbi Home Mesh WiFi System is a fantastic addition to our home! It allows coverage from every part of my house and even allows me to go to my car in the driveway and still have a connection. I would recommend the system for anyone looking to make a major upgrade to their WiFi system. It's very easy to set up and offers great smooth internet connection for everyone in the house!

Still most stable RBS50 series
RBR50 and RBS50 are workhorse for our house for past 5 years and extended by one more RBS50 to Covers 3500 sq Ft home and keeps the strong signal all around! Never missed a beat!

Orbi system review
This was my first time buying his product and I'm pretty happy with the setup.
I just use one satellite to boost my wifi around my house and I have not noticed any dead zones inside or outside when I'm using wifi.
The app runs great on my android phone and is great at letting me know if there are any issues with the signal.
Only issue, I have had was having to unplug it on occasion to reset the network when I loose signal a few times out of the month. Not sure the reason why and my orbi does not have a blue light around the top anymore but, I can't figure it out on my own.
That's why I took one star off this rating

Very easy setup and coverage with satellite works flawlessly. I am now on my second Orbi system last one lasted me about 10 years so i went back with this system because ease of use and reliability. Thanks

User-Friendly and app is helpful
I previously used the Orbi on a modem less than 5GHz and worked fine. Since upgrading to 1 gig internet, the system continues to connect the personal and smart devices.

Orbi Mesh = Big Improvement
The Orbi Home Mesh WiFi has been a huge improvement to my home; with the 2 additional satellites, I have the ability to stream in any room without buffering or lag. The app is also easy to use and offers a tremendous amount of information. I'd buy it again.

Works really well
I had a bit of an issue setting it up on the app, but then I called customer service and they were so helpful and helped me set it up properly! Once that was all set up, my internet service is night and day! Works really well!

Product great when newer
When we first bought the router and satellite, it was great for extending our Internet to the upstairs but unfortunately, one of our dogs chewed through the cord on the router. It must fried the system because the new cord didn't even work so I ordered a new router and then suddenly my satellite no longer worked When I talked to Netgear about it. They said there was nothing I could do. It was just outdated and I needed to replace I wasn't happy about having to replace both at the same time because they are rather expensive? they should be made to allow updates so for now I'm doing just the router and not extending it with a satellite

Great addition for our internet
Works great at our cabin. Strong signal across multiple nearby cabins and easy to set up. Reliable and fast. I would recommend this to anyone needing solid coverage in a bigger area.

It works!
I was having connection issues and ask my son who works for Microsoft and is quite knowledgeable with computer and related connection issues. He recommended the Orbi Home Mesh WiFi system. I was surprised about the cost but now that it is in and working especially away from the house when I am out in the garden and in the fields around the house it works.

Works well, but set up issues
It works great, but during setup it said to wait until it becomes solid white. It never did. I spent an hour trying. I lied and said it was solid white when it was blinking white and that worked. Wasted some time, but works great now.

No able to disable
An excellent system. Works fine but to have a 5GHz network you have to wire them because of limitations on that band. For wireless distribution, you have to use the 2.4GHz band. It would be nice to be able to disable the 2.4GHz band though
