Works okay for being in an apartment
Honestly. With the amount of interference that is in our current apartment, it does a okay job. The main issue is that there is occasional issues with MTU with my jobs VPN. This can cause issues with me connecting to work. I have attempted changing the MTU to meet and it still occasionally gives issues. Overall, it's okay.

Easy Set up
I needed to upgrade my Wi-Fi and the Netgear Nighthawk was recommended. I put off changing the modem for a rainy day as it felt like something that would be painful and take all day. I am happy to report the set up was very easy and seamless and I was up and running great in no time.

Great and reliable
It's so great. I don't know how they fit in such a small package. This modem/router is the best one I've ever had in my life. The Internet's always supreme and top-notch and never misses a beat no more lack spikes hip hip hooray.

Amazing router
Completely happy with this router have had for several years with no problems and bout to replace my mediacom device and can tell is way more high tech and user friendly than there equipment. Highly recommend this unit to anyone for gaming or business use.

Netgear Service/Help is Great
The problem turned out to be our Mac computer, and when that was changed everything with the modem/router worked fine.

Amazing Router/Modem

Netgear AC1900
Our old Nighthawk stopped functioning so we bought a new one. This one seems faster than the last one. Support was helpful in connecting my printer. Happy so far!

Upgrade not that great
I thought this would be a better up grade from my previous motorola cable modem. The netgear nighthawk kicks you off your wifi for no reason, causing you to log on to your network over and over. The box is constantly buffering making watching TV annoying. I am not sure what the problem is or how to fix it since this is a new modem. For the amount of money I paid this should not be happening. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Great customer service
After having issues with our old modem I replaced it with Netgear. Had installation issues and called customer. They checked it out and said it ISP provider. After that it was discovered that we had a bad coax. After switching it we are all good and faster than befoe.
