Great device, terrible customer service
While the device itself is great, purchasing from Adorama was the worst online experience I've ever had. My order was marked shipped, and four days later I was told it was backordered. I cancelled the purchase through the email chain I had with support, purchased another through a different retailer, then the next day Adorama mailed my cancelled order. Customer service is NOT helpful, every time I spoke with someone it's like they had no idea why I was calling. I will never purchase from this company again and will warn every person I know shopping for electronics.

Great shopping experience!
I had never ordered from Adorama before so I was a little nervous but everything came in great time and looks perfect. Everything is sealed in manufacturers wrap. This is a Christmas gift for my daughter so we haven?t used it yet but it all appears to be perfect! So glad I found what I needed when it was sold out at other places.
