It protects the screen buuuuuuut... it does not adhere very well to the phone and because of this, there are places that you can push on the screen protector and hear it touch the phone screen and then pull away and the screen protector slides around on the phone screen. Because it slides, I can now see small hairs/lint around the edges and because it isn't stuck down all the way, I now have small amounts of dust starting to collect in those areas. Overall I am pretty disappointed because I paid good money for a screen protector that I thought would last. I will also add that I followed the step by step process to apply.

Popped off on falling 3 feet to carpeted floor. On again off again for a few months. Fortunately when I put it in a fanny pack with metal things, it was on and it broke instead of my phone screen.

The alpha glass is a poor fit, the plastic add ons on each side don't help align because the glass is too short, only sticky on the edges, and even with enhanced touch screen sensitivity the responsiveness sucks. I'm a big fan of the otterbox defender case but the screen leaves a lot to be desired.

I don't like that the adhesive is only around the edges. It attra to all kinds of dust, sand and anything else that can fit between the protector and glass. I have had a bad experience with getting something stuck under the protector and in between it and the screen. This caused the underside of the protector to scratch and anxiety hoping my screen also wasn't scratched. I recently also had an issue with rain water getting trapped in the same manner. Once it began to dry it left streaks and smudges under the protector. The quality is wonderful but this design is HORRIBLE. going on my 3rd protector now and having to pay shipping in roughly 2-3 months. Not very cost efficient for the price and reputation.

I got this screen protector less than two months ago. It creates so much friction, that my fingers start getting hot and sometimes my fingers just stop on the screen, the screen sensitivity is all the way up, but it still doesn't register touch sometimes, it makes a cracking sound sometimes when I tap in certain areas, it already has so much dirt, fuzz and dust under it, and it has already popped off my phone. I tried to use the warranty, and it charged me an $8 shipping fee, and it hasn't shown up in my orders or arrived. I claimed the warranty almost a month ago. I love the otterbox cases, but I regret spending my money on this screen protector. The support team hasn't even helped me with the issue when I brought it up. They only focused on one of the other things I mentioned and couldn't even help with that.

I bought this nearly a year ago. When it first arrived it arrived badly damaged and I had to replace it immediately. The nice representatives put the replacement through for free without paying additional shipping. The second cracked in less than a year, while using an otterbox case and never dropping my phone. I'm still not sure how that happened. On top of the overall fragility of the product it also does dull the sensitivity of your screen a significant amount. My girlfriend who has the same model of phone is always commenting how much harder she has to tap on mine because of the screen protector. Overall it's an okay product, but at this price range, I think it should be better. The only thing that makes this price worth it is the great warrantee that they offer.

I spent $45 on a screen protector that fell off when my phone hit the ground, and of course it got dirt all over the stick parts so it was un usable. So, back to the cheap ones I go. At least when they fail, I only lose about $8.

The fit is great, however the sides do not seal only the ends, so in just a couple weeks the edges are filling with lint and dust between the glass and phone screen.

I work in some extremely rough environments and with verry abrasive metal dust. I can say this screen protector has done an amazing job at keeping the display clean and scratch free.

Bought the alpha glass less than 30 days ago for my new Samsung note 9, went to remove the glass and clean it and it is now cracked. It worked for about 3 weeks perfect not sure if it is because of the electronics cleaning wipes I have been using to sanitize my phone or not. Sure would have liked to have this product last a bit longer than it did since it is one of the more expensive products in the market to protect my screen.

I followed the instructions exactly, even used surgical gloves. The first glass stuck for 2 days ,received a 2nd glass under warranty. The second one lasted one week before it fell off.

It was a tough choice between the Alpha Glass and Alpha Flex. I saw reviews where some people had difficulty installing the glass correctly, but I wanted the clarity if glass. I took a gamble and have been happy with my decision. Installation went easy first time and by turning up the sensitivity I have no issues. It does scratch but at least it does protect the screen.

I bought this product for about 30 or 40 bucks I put it on my phone the way the instructions said. My screen was not very responsive at all I had to mash down to get it to type and within a week of being put on my phone and hit the floor the screen protector literally popped off and shattered after one drop that wasn't even 3 feet from the floor.

Fits perfectly in the Otterbox Defender Pro case. Only the outside edges have glue, rather than adhesive across the entire contact between screen and screen protector, so one of the corners pops occasionally when pressing the w key, and it doesn't have perfect tactile capture. Some of that may be me getting used to the new screen. But it's far better than no protection and again, fits perfectly with the defender pro case, I'm concerned that the adhesive will fail at the edges over time. My wife has had the same screen protector for two years, which had the full adhesive backing. Mine was the same as hers but broke when I switched from another case to the Defender Pro case (snagged the corner as I removed it and cracked. The only place that adhesive weakened over time was the edge.

Bought this along with the Defender case for my Galaxy Note 9. The first screen protector lasted 4 hours, the replacement lasted about a week. I'm not sure if it's the case, or just poor adhesion but the Alpha Glass simply pops off and breaks if it hits any hard surface.

It came with an easy to use installation kit which really cut down the time of putting it on. The only thing is that the little cloth it comes with doesnt take all the dust off, have some tape handy. Other than that I'm so glad I got this protector and I would definitely get it again if it ever broke.
