The new box doesn't work with my holster. it's smaller and you don't have a new holster for that phone. Had a couple weeks and my new screensavers already broke. My old one lasted a long time. Try to #Warranty the old one phone all was busy. it will do till I get a new phone. Thanks

Very disappointed
Not what I thought I was buying. It's hard plastic and no clip to store it. It slides all over the place. Disappointed.

Good Experience
I ordered the wrong model of iPhone X. I cancelled the first order and reordered the Otter for the I Phone Xr. Otter handled everything so smoothly and quickly.

Save yourself trouble and money
I ordered this case and never received it. I waited a month and made several customer complaints with no response back. Don't go through this company unless you just want to lose money.

Redirected Impact into my phone
My phone fell 2 feet from my hand in this case and instead of absorbing any shock it redirected shock into the back of my phone shattering the entire back. when I contacted about the damage they offered to "replace the case" and because of how terribly this case was designed the case was perfectly intact while my phone is looking at a $100+ repair job.

A very good, but not perfect, cade.
A pretty good, but not perfect, case. Provides good protection, without being too bulky or heavy.
Love the soft plastic removable cover over the lightning plug port (keeps pocket lint from interfering with the charging/data plug). I?d prefer if there were also one over the switch for ?silent mode? as well, instead of just a cutout.
Love the soft plastic over the buttons. It?s got just the right grip.
The hard plastic cover provides good protection, and is slick enough to slide in & out of my pocket easily.
I?d prefer if the case had a bit more ?grip? on the sides. Either more exposed soft plastic on the sides (not the back) or a little more texture on the hard plastic (knurled or grooved surface on the edges would be nice.)
Only other suggestion would be if the thickness of the soft rubber on the back were a bit less, with the raised edge protecting the front being a bit higher. This would provide a bit more protection for the front glass, while reducing the weight a bit.
Overall, a great case for my iPhone Xs.

Happy Again
I just purchased my third Otter I-Phone Case and am as satisfied as I was in the past. I have the dropsies and I can count on my phone escaping without damage. It does not make the phone more cumbersome.

I had my old case for 2.5 years and finally replaced it- Within a week with this case on my phone has multiple cracks in the screen from one minor drop. Very let down.
