OtterBox Defender Case for iPhone XR - Black

When I purchased my iPhone XR a few years ago, I purchased an otterbox Defender. I use my iPhone as a tool to obtain pictures of failed locomotive components. The environment is not kind to this important tool. So, as the original Otterbox Defender began to wear out, I knew that I needed to replace it in kind. No need to do anymore research into what is needed to protect my IPhone XR as this is what and is all I needed. Thank you Otterbox for making such a device!

Quality product! My first Otterbox finally wore out after several years of protecting my iPhone. Without hesitation, I ordered another to replace it.

I'm really liking the new OtterBox defender series. It's the same quality that I've come to enjoy with a OtterBox. As always, their lifetime warranty is the best. The only adjustment I had to make with this new product was no plastic screen like my old one had. I didn't that fantastic product.

My old otterbox broke the clip off the case when I fell on it. I am hard on my phone and case. But thanks to the otterbox I have never broken or damaged a phone.

I had broken my other clip and Verizon didn't carry that size anymore. The rep told me about this website. I ordered one and it fits perfectly. I'm very happy with my purchase.

It would not allow my phone to fit tightly in the holder, I ended up glueing my old holder and gave up on the new one

I was getting this holster as a replacement for my original as a warranty claim. Absolutely love the defender series!!! I dropped my phone off a two story roof once, it hit corner to corner all the way to the edge of the roof before falling to the ground, came out without a scratch. This is the case to get if you're in construction or like to play hard!

I originally purchased the product at a Verizon store and have been absolutely delighted with it. The holster makes it easy to carry my i-Phone around and the holster and the protective covering provide effective protection against drops and damage. When I needed to replace the holster after several years of use, it was very easy to order a replacement from the website. The replacement arrived quickly in well-protected packing, and it was nice to be able to replace the component separately without having to acquire the entire kit at greater expense. I recommend this product and your company.

I dropped my phone in the crosswalk of a busy nyc street and walked a few blocks before I'd realized it. It had been run over probably 50 times by the time I was able to retrieve it, and the case/screen protector were pretty banged up, but my phone wasn't even nicked or scratched at all!

Ordered exactly what we needed to replace but the holster was a little larger than the last one and needed some adjustment to keep the phone in place. (bumpers were added to the inside corners to help the fit.)

No better iPhone protective case. I have dropped my iPhone XR several times while on trail survey hikes in the Payson National Forest's Highline Trail with Volunteers for Outdoor Arizoan (VOAz. One such incident was a 60 foot drop over "the side" requirinbg a rope descent to retireve my iPhone. It was still recording dynamics from the GPS app I had running at the time. I have the same iPhone and recently purchase a new Otterbox Defender case (the proterctive hinge gates get weakover time and tear off easily). I love it!

Great being able to replace just the holster without changing the case too. The holster is the only part that ever breaks for me. The box itself I've had several years. If the belt clip attachment was made of metal instead of plastic, maybe it would last the life of all my phones like all my Defender Boxes do!

My husband and I were visiting my mother in law and we stopped to pick up food to go. I placed my phone on the roof of the car and neglected to grab it once food and people were loaded into car. We left restaurant and my phone flew off the top of the car as we passed over a small bridge in Amelia Island, FL. The phone hit the road, bounced off the cement wall protecting the walkway on bridge and remained on the side of the road until we realized I had left it on the roof. We returned to the bridge approximately 30minutes later to find my phone lying on the road, in total working order! Only a minor scratch on the left side. I am a firm believer in OtterBox and have had one on my iPhone since the early 2000's. I've had my OtterBox for years and it is by far the BEST case I've ever owned. After hours of looking for my phone, I realized I left it on top of my car (dumb, I know.. and had to literally go back and search for it on the highway... after hours of my phone being left out on the highway while cars drove over it, my OtterBox somehow completely preserved my iphone!! I was not expecting my phone to be fully intact and working at all but my phone only made it out with a few scratches - I'm SO happy with my experience with OtterBox - fully worth the price if you constantly rush and forget things! :)

Bought screenless Outerbox a while back, 3-4th one I had for various phones but had good luck. I recently left my phone on the back of my truck and hit the highway. Needless to say, I lost my iphone XR. Luckily used a phone tracker to locate phone 5 miles away, and 3 feet off the road in the ditch. It had bounced on the roadway @ 65MPH before landing in 4" of grass. Ironically, phone work and barely had and damage to case. WOW! I am a believer in it.

Bought this for my son who is an avid hunter. He absolutely loves this case. The orange trim is an added pop of color. It covers all of his IPhone 11 in the best places to protect his phone. We purchased a tempered glass screen protector as the case doesn't have anything on it to protect the screen.

This is the second Otterbox case I have purchased for my iPhone. I wore the first one out and needed to replace it. It is a great protection for my phone and with me, that is important!
