Overall design and durability looks great. Kept drinks cold for a couple days. There was an issue with the attachment hook on one side coming loose when I connected the can holder attachment. I had to purchase a marine adhesive and glue the hook securely. Also some delaminating of the material on the top panel which I had to glue down to stop it from lifting. Still love the overall design, just frustrating having to make repairs to a new purchase that wasn't cheap.

Awesome soft cooler. My first one was stolen so I bought another! The latch is a huge selling point?. No crazy hard zipper to open and close. High quality materials used everywhere.

We used our Otterbox for the first time on a road trip. A long road trip. It was in the back seat with snacks and beverages and two small ziploc bags of ice. All of the contents were from the refrigerator prior to going in the Otter. The next day the ziplocs still had ice and all contents were chilled. Short story, we had to add ice, as well as other beverages and snacks on day 4! We are more than pleased with our Otterbox!

The latch broke on me my first camping trip. Other than the obvious, incredibly poor latch design, I really like the build. Cooler doesn't do much good without the lid being sealed though.

This is an awesome cooler. It does an excellent job of keeping my food cold. The chill packs last almost 12 hours even with repeated opening and closing!!

I just wanted to say thank you to the folks at Otterbox. If you look at the reviews of this product you will find more than one comment about the weak or broken handle. Not to worry! This was my issue after owning the cooler for over a year. The handle broke, I called customer service, they sent me a complete replacement of the product. It?s refreshing to experience a company that stands 100% behind their products. Because if this I would be happy to recommend them.

This cooler has so much promise. It keeps food really cold and even frozen for a number of hours if packed correctly. Its main shortcoming--the plastic clip closure. It is too delicate. I have been really careful to not knock it, and yet when I opened it recently to pack for a trip--the clip broke. This is not the first time, Otterbox was very good and helped replace my first cooler top that broke. It needs to be a part that you can order online current for repair and in future designs--change the clip closure from plastic to another more durable material like a metal rod and metal closure. I hate to throw out things that otherwise work perfectly. Very disappointing.

lasted over a year which is great but for something this expensive, I'd expect the latch to last 5+... easily broken, constantly got in the way... to be honest it's a great concept, just too finicky to really be useful.

Got this cooler for my birthday and was great at the start and the perfect size for my outdoor trips or just family outings. Was surprised a product from a company like outterbox would start breaking down and tearing apart on me and I'm not that hard on it either. Definitely not worth the money. thaknfuly I got it as a gift.

I had been looking at multiple brands for a cooler in the car that would do a great job of keeping things cold, while still being easy to open. I actually returned another brand as the zipper was difficult to operate and way too hard to open when underway. I LOVE this cooler! I had a 9+ hour drive by myself. Put this on the passenger seat, and was able to access it while driving for drinks/snacks - the latch is reasonably easy to operate (have to pull it out a bit to lock it back in place). Did a great job at keeping things cold as well. Very happy with this purchase.

Used the cooler for a party and then placed it in the trunk of my car. It stayed in there for 2 full days in the August heat. When I got it out, all of the ice was melted bet the water and remaining drinks were ICE COLD!!
