Arrived super fast and so far no problems. Tested with Samsung, LG and Pixel. I didn't check time but it feels like LG is using every single Watt available (LG V60).

Otter was very responsive and sent replacements for the wireless charging pads. The bad was both the originals and the replacements do not charge my phone very well. I have a late model I phone with an Otter protective cover. It appears to have trouble charging thru the protective cover.

Paid extra for an OtterBox charger to charge my IPhone with a defender case. Does not work with this case. When I put phone on charger, phone shows it's charging then it stops for some unknown reason and only charged phone to 26%. Generic charger works better.

I have a iPhone 12 Pro Max and it takes way to long to charge. I earned rewards so I got it free. Not something I?d recommend for the Apple Max phones.

The wireless charging pad is easy to use and charges the phone right through my OtterBox Defender Series case. I plan to purchase more charging pads for my children's phones. I have not had any issues getting the phone to connect to the charger. It's reliable and quick!

Doesn't charge my Galaxy Smartwatch at all, when used with my Defender case it only does fast charging if I set it down in the exact right spot so I usually have to pick the phone up, and set it down again sometimes making multiple attempts before it will do fast charge.

Before I bought I read the reviews about being able to charge the phone with the case on and people said it didn't work. I called the company to verify it would. They said it would work perfect when using the chargers they tested with and sell. I bought the OtterBox Wireless Charging Pad. They were right on, works perfect to wirelessly charge while keeping the cover on. The otter box Defender Series Pro Case fit my Pixel 6 Pro perfectly. I spent lots of money on this phone and feel I have done everything possible to protect it.

I received this as a gift after adding to my wishlist specifically because it was advertised to charge with the Defender case. Like many others, my experience with a new iPhone 13 Pro is that it charges for a maximum of 7 or 8 minutes, but usually 45 seconds to 1 minute, before blinking and then failing to charge any longer. Shifting it doesn't change anything. Lifting and replacing the phone will begin the short charging period again. I have discovered that removing the rubber Defender case enables charging as expected - but if I'm going to have to remove the rubber case every night, I might as well just plug it in instead. I've had tried multiple outlets and cables as well as turning off iOS battery optimization. Same result. Very disappointed,

I have the defender pro case, amazing protection, great product, have a Samsung Galaxy S21-Ultra 5G, brand new. The phone charges perfect with NO case, when i install the case, it only charges sporadically, never fully charges, and you have to keep moving the phone about on/off to keep it charging, very unhappy. Thought that a great company like Otterbox would have fully tested this charger with their own case(s).

like several other reviews I read after purchasing this charger my phone with the defender case has to be slid around several times before it connects. more times than not I wake up in the morning and it is not charged. I started watching it closely and noticed after about 5 minutes the light starts flashing and charging stops.

I had a very difficult time finding a wireless charger that would get through the Defender Case on my iPhone 12 Pro Max, but this works. Would have received 5 stars if I didn?t have to find a ?sweet spot? every time, and if it didn?t make my case so hot when charging.

I have been using this charger overnight for the past few nights and have not once woken up to a fully charged phone. It seems to stop charging when messages come through and then has to be readjusted or the light shows charging for 10-15 minutes and then begins blinking (only charging 1-5%) and has to be readjusted to start charging again. I have not been impressed and am mostly irritated by the inconsistency of wireless charges.

I bought this ?charger? after getting my husband a (different brand) wireless charger and seeing how much he loved it. I purchased it from the Apple Store as I trust the products that they sell for their devices. Boy did Apple miss the mark on this one! This ?charger? has never given my phone a full charge, if it even charges it at all. Most times it will say it?s charging, but in the morning the battery is at a lesser percentage than it was when I went to bed. Furthermore, the ?charger? makes a constant very high-pitched hum that drives me (and I?m sure my dogs) crazy. Especially considering it sits on my night stand, right next to my head. I called customer support, and they said they?d send a replacement, but they never did. I never heard from them again. This was my first & last Otterbox purchase. Also, disappointed in Apple for even carrying this product. I would not recommend this product AT ALL!
