After reading reviews on other sites, I knew the chair would be perfect -- and it is. Got it to replace a mid-priced leatherette chair that I left behind when I moved. This one is far superior to any chair I have owned or used in any office. The cushion is comfortable and feels sturdy. The lumbar support is great, but I do use a foam pillow behind me because sitting all the way back is too far when doing computer work. I've always had to do this, but with this chair, it is so much more comfortable. Assembled in no time. Some reviews have said they wish it had more pivot action, but this is fine for me. The more sturdy and straight I can sit, the better. Keep in mind that the chair is designed for larger people - so smaller folks may kind of get lost in it! I am extremely pleased!
