I've waited a long time for peak design to release a leather strap, I'm 6' 1" and the standard is perfect length for me. The colour is perfect and the quality of the leather feels good (you have to give it a few years to see how it wears!). Recommended!

Clean lines and the perfect length. Really, awesome quality.

Nice strap, except that it is extremely hard to remove. That, and the very limited choice in lengths, makes it hard to justify the cost.

Love it on my X100vi. Leather is smooth, clips work very well. Will get the rope also to interchange..

It's very well made! The leather is nice. The color is great. However, it's smooth, and slips pretty easily off of my shoulder when I try to use as a one shoulder strap. If you use cross body, or around your neck, this is a non issue, and you will love. But the leather itself is smooth and slippery so it falls off my shoulder regularly.

I went with the Long "Amber" strap, as I'm 6'2" and wanted something kinda classy. The new lower-profile clips are way sleeker. The split rings and small guards for them are really nice. The strap looks and feels fantastic! I'm using it on a Nikon ZF, and it seems about perfect. I had been chasing down a simple and elegant strap for a few months now, and I think I may have found it.

I love Peak Design products. I have their leash, everyday backpack, and a 2L pouch all of which have gotten nearly daily usage for the past 4-5 years and are still in fantastic condition. This strap LOOKS beautiful. I bought it for my black Leica M10 and it is sleek and elegant. But I have only had it for one week and there is already fraying with little white threads pulling off the strap. Compare that to the other leather goods I have: harnesses from Desired leather which cost just as much and have survived daily shoots in extreme heat and wear, freezing cold, rain, and more-I don't think this strap is worth buying.

Excellent quality. Light weight and comfortable compared to other leather straps I have tried. Looks great on both my vintage and modern mirrorless cameras.

Bought this for my X100VI, wasn't sure how it'll work with the length but the more I use it the more I like it. Currently on a trip to Hawaii and the strap is holding up well, even with abuse. Good quality, I like the new minimal clips, and the cross body method is actually very nice. Plus can't beat the looks, can't wait for it to patina.

I've used the PD camera strap system for several years. I like its performance and convenience, but I prefer a leather strap. The Form Leather strap is perfect for me, combining the convenience of the Slide with the leather I prefer.

Started using my nye leather strap in a jazz concert this week. Elegant and well made, looking forward to bring my Sony A7C and the new 2.5/40 G for photographing here and there!

Bought this as soon as I saw it on the store. I've been looking for something exactly like this--a comfortable, light, leather strap for my camera with peak design quick release compatibilities.

The strap is thinner than I expected, but it seems well made and the design is pretty solid. I bought the standard and am 6'2" and my camera sits right around my waist line. I intend to use it in the sort of "lasso" configuration where you attach the one side back to the strap instead of the camera. This works well and makes the camera strap effectively a bit longer which I needed and allows you to lift the camera to your face more easily without needing the strap to slide/rotate. However, event he standard configuration with both ends attached to the camera works much better than I expected. The leather doesn't stick to your clothes so it slides the way I need it to. ONE ISSSUE I really have with the design is that the metal slider that is on the strap seems to be milled a bit sharp on the interior and immediately started scraping finish off of the leather (picture attached) from the minute I tried the strap out. It remains to be seen if this will cause significant damage long term or if it will sort itself out and only cause a bit of acceptable wear. If they had rounded the edges of the interior of this slider, it would be a perfect design.

I've been wanting a simple strap just like this. One thing I didn't like about my slide was how sloppy it was with the looping from the adjustable strap, I pinned it down so it laid flatter. Definitely not an issue with this strap. Of course that means you need to get your length right when ordering. I had to return the standard length and get the long length. I was hoping the amber would be a brighter color, it really looked more like what I think the tan would be and for a moment thought they sent the wrong color. All that said, I like this strap.

When we designed Form Leather, we set out to create a minimalist alternative to the bulky leather camera straps we're used to. Instead of loud off-the-shelf hardware, conspicuous stitching, and heavy-duty rivets that scream modern heritage, we gave Form Leather a streamlined form with low-profile integrated hardware for a timelessly clean look.
A premium full-grain bovine leather strap seamlessly terminates into low-profile Anchor Link quick-connectors. The connectors are a slimmed-down version of the same iconic connection system you'll find on all Peak Design straps, offering secure and effortless camera attachment.
A sleek aluminum accessory loop lets you attach a spare Anchor, letting you stow your strap on your body when you remove your camera. On the underside, a custom sealed finish enables the leather to glide smoothly across your body, yet maintains enough grip to not slip off your shoulder. With 4 fixed-length sizes to choose from, any photographer can dial in a perfect fit and carry style.
Note: We exclusively source leather that is gold-rated by the Leather Working Group, signifying adherence to the highest levels of environmental practices, encompassing water/energy consumption, chemical handling, air emissions, and hide traceability.
