Does not fit Paul C Buff Octobox

I purchased this adapter for a Paul C Buff Octabox after the RD-6210 was discontinued. The website shows this adapter as a replacement for the 6210. While the construction is solid, the adapter does not fit the Paul C Buff octabox.
