Well constructed, though not for the right reasons
I want to preface this by saying that I didn't use this for its intended purpose. I got a beauty dish used (it was less expensive), but it came with a Bowens mount. My lights have an Elinchrom mount, so instead of just getting an adapter, I decided to try and change the mount of the modifier itself. Three small holes drilled later, and I had the new mount on the dish.
The mount itself feels very solid, and has no flex or wobble, and is pretty much perfectly constructed, with a solid locking feel, and I'm not worried about the dish falling off of the light because of the mount. If anything, it would be the screws holding the dish to the mount that would fail! Overall, it's a really solid product, built well, and worked for my needs. Tip: if you are planning on modifying the existing mount, check that the modifier has a removable mount, and that the hole's diameter will be big enough for the new mount. I didn't have this problem, but it's a pretty snug fit!
