Nikon Aculon AL11 6x20 Laser Rangefinder

I bought this rangefinder expecting to get the same quality as my other Nikon products. But this rangefinder is not what i expected it doesn't read on dark objects like a deer! I got this to use for bow hunting but unless it is a very sunny day i won't get a reading.

I recently bought this rangefinder. I use it for varmint hunting and target shooting. I am impressed how well it will range distances in lower light conditions and in thick woods. I got the real tree finish, it looks cool. Very happy with this purchase.

This rangefinder works great if you'rein your yard during daylight. Being in the woods trying to rage a dark tree or dark animal will leave you wondering if your eyes are playing tricks on you! It will give you improper ranges or no range at all. Don't buy this if you are hunting. I just threw away $160 and am not happy.

I love my Nikon rangefinder. I looked at several brands and models and found this one to be the best. It is an awesome range finder. It is accurate and easy to use.

Good clear field of view even when I am wearing my glasses. Love the small size - easy to carry.The BDC is great! I use Nikon scopes and binoculars and this is the same excellent quality.

Had trouble getting accurate distance on 3D target. Actual distance was 29 yards with a backstop a few feet behind it. Was getting a distance reading of 53 yards. Left me unwilling to depend on it during an actual hunt.

I was looking for a small, simple, range finder, for deer hunting. I have used it around the yard, works perfect. I am looking forward to using it this deer season. I missed one deer, and passed on another, last season because I was either unsure, or wrong, on the distance. That will not happen now.

Nice rangefinder at a decent price point. Display is clean and easy to read in varying light conditions. Relatively quick to acquire range in bright conditions although acquiring a range reading in lower light conditions is sometimes difficult. This is my first rangefinder.

Awesome tool for the camera bag! It is compact and easy to use! I purchased for seeing how far wildlife is when using a telephoto lens in photography. My husband is glad I purchased for his hunting, too. Just received and haven't tried it much, but it meets all of our expectations in the first trial run! Recommend the Aculon Laser Rangefinder by Nikon.

Very accurate and compact. I actually measured out the yardage with a tape and it's right on. I would recommend this model. No complaints at all.

My buddy has a vortex rangefinder. Paid $150 more than my Nikon. We did a side by side and I could find no difference. At all yardages we were either same or within 2 yards of the same at 450 yards. Best bang for the buck

I bought this for my husband as a birthday gift. He absolutely loves it! He took it with him the last time he went hunting and came back talking about how spot-on this rangefinder was. There are a lot of cheaper ones out there, but if you want quality- get this one!
