Carl B : Does this have a loop at the top for hanging?LINDS A : I put a grommet in each corner. You can buy a kit at any home improvement store. I hang this from permanent screws installed in an exposed wood ceiling beam.FREDERICK I : Hi, No, the backdrop is meant to be used with the X-Frame and as such, has a pocket in each of the corners for the frame to fit in. It is a nice backdrop and if you wanted, you could simply clamp it to a horizontal bar if needed.

Studio Assets PXB Backdrops

I have been using the PXB system with a black backdrop. This new white backdrop along with a new blue one, now gives me better options in my home studio.

Excellent quality and looks even better than photo.

Excellent quality and weight. Not 100% opaque but perfect for my needs. I put grommets in all four corners to hang from wooden cross beam and it drapes nicely. Sturdy, well-made, and comes with equally nice carry bag.

Quality Product for on-site backdrops

I thoroughly enjoy and recommend this product for on-site portrait jobs. The quick setup and quality of the product is outstanding. Apart from the stand itself, the muslin background is a quality product that will last a long time. It is a solid/consistent color and is a fairly heavy material that is not transparent when light is shown on it.

Shade too dark for good results.

I shoot a lot of portraiture and video and I was very disappointed that this green was so dark. Other chroma key green fabrics are much brighter and make background removal easy. Not so with this one. Now I have invested in the stand and feel stuck. The stand is excellent to use and easy to setup. Just wish the green was several shades lighter.

The Studio Assets 8 x 8' muslin is for use with the PXB Portable x-frame Backdrop System. The PXB Solid-Color Light Gray Muslin Backdrop is constructed from 100% cotton muslin. It is machine-washable on the gentle cycle using cold water and a mild detergent. The muslin is mill dyed using reactive dyes and then steam dried allowing it to be lightfast so it won't fade over time.
