Featuring a neck-thru construction and a rosewood fretboard, the Nikki Sixx edition bass from Schecter pays homage to a legendary rocker. The offset pickups deliver a tight mid-range punch with ceramic bar magnets and a low resistance-reduction ratio, and paired with 9V active internals, you'll get clean and crisp sound no matter what your playing style is.
On-body controls include two volume knobs, an active tone control, and a kill switch. The hardware is all done in black chrome for a cohesive design, and features Grover tuner pegs and a Schecter custom bass string-thru bridge, making for a visual statement and rockstar tribute that you can play just as hard as Nikki.
Body & Neck Construction
This bass starts with a mahogany body for rich, deep tonality, and that's paired with a lighter-weight maple neck (built as neck-thru) to provide better balance and a maneuverable feel.
Hardware & Accessories
With 9V-powered active internals and EMG LJX jazz bass pickups, you're getting a pro-worthy configuration that's versatile enough for blending in or stealing the show. External hardware is done in black chrome, with Grover tuners, a Schecter Custom Bass bridge, and on-body controls for dual-pickup volume and a tone/kill switch.
Design & Feel
Thanks to a lighter-weight maple and walnut multi-ply neck construction, the balance of this bass stays close to your body when played standing up. The C-shape neck is appropriately chunky for bass playing and will give you all the freedom you need to wrap your hands around and grab the right notes.
