How do I put it on?BRIAN B : 1. remove microphone from mount - unscrews 2. remove mount from boom, remove old rings from mount. 3. attach new rings to the inner (floating) portion of the mount. - if you stretch them a bit (to make them thinner) while pressing/snapping them into their retainers they go in more easily. 3. with the inner mount inside the outer take the rings and capture the outer ring rotating the inner mount until all rings are adjacent to a set of ears. 4.stretch the rings into place over the ears. equalize the tension - top to bottom. reattach mount to boom remount the microphone and readjust tensions so that it hangs evenly within the inner ring.
