Bought new, received used!

The lenses is solid and fairly good. I'm not seeing the bokeh I would have hoped for but the lens isn't thousands of dollars either. Otherwise is a very good lens for lower end budget work. If you want an extra push in your music video this is perfect. If you're shooting an indie film on a shoestring budget, this is your lens. Just don't forget to set your camera to shutter release without a lens. You'll find that on the 5th over icon, a camera, under C.FnIII, OTHER OPS, then enable... Otherwise you can't shoot. As for Adorama, they sent me a used lens. To return it would take hours of time making it a loss so instead I got a whooping $25 discount. As for me, next time it's strictly B&H! This is the 4th used item I've gotten when ordering new. Hey, Adorama, I'd go to eBay if I wanted a used lens!!!

Great value and amazing lens

Very compact and very sharp! You cannot find a wider anamorphic like this anywhere. 24mm height and about 15mm wide. Love it!

Good results for a non-cinema lens.

Solid lens build. Produces amazing light flares however may be too much if that is not your intent. Matte box will help.
