It's an art lens with personality at a fun price
This is an art lens 100%. Could shoot commercial with it if you want a nuanced feel. Some folks avoid shooting into light, others prefer it. This is more for those who enjoy the art thing and like seeing what kind of feel they can get when the sun is catching the frame etc. Super vibey.

Good lens for the price
It's a solid lens for the price. Smooth focus ring, slight distortion on the edges sometimes. Well constructed metal, a little heavy but easily works on my Crane 2 with XT4.

Infinity Focus
The lens looks and feels great! Solid build. However, it has issues focusing at infinity. I'm not sure if they all have that issue or it was just the one I was received. I had to returned it.

Cheap cine lens with great quality!
Beautiful cheap cine lens. Nothing flashy about it at all. But really nice video quality and is hefty and well built!
In my opinion the indy filmmaker start kit would be based around the slr magic micro primes
