The Matrix Sled Chimera, a key component of the bundle, offers various mounting options for the Volt brain. It can be mounted directly on the top stage, either with the included bundle bracket for close proximity to the camera or with optional brackets and carbon fiber rods for a secure, decoupled connection for your low mode monitor. This sled is designed to natively integrate the Volt system, ensuring optimal performance and stabilization. The Chimera version is a perfect tool for cinema cameras, merging the specifications of the Matrix Sled Extreme with the advanced technology offered by the Volt system from Steadicam. It can balance heavier cameras thanks to additional counterbalance weights included. The micrometric non-floating head backlash compensated top stage provides a super stable camera mount. The Arm X1, another component of the bundle, is designed, engineered, manufactured, and hand-built exclusively in Italy. Made from AL7075 Ergal alloy, it offers performance similar to carbon steel but at a fraction of the weight. This arm can lift up to 32kg (70.4 lbs) with a maximum payload of 34kg (74.9 lbs), and has a maximum boom range of 728mm (28.5"). The Vest Lite, engineered around a proven design and made from top-quality materials, can be adjusted to fit both male and female operators perfectly. The hip pad and support ensure maximum leg freedom and stability, while the thoracic pads can be stacked for optimal comfort. The bundle also includes a hard case, a trolley based on Explorer Cases 7745, modified to protect a Smartcam Arm (X-Lite or X1) and a Smartcam Sled (Matrix series).
