The Hype is Real!

OMG you're in for the time of your life! Prepare to enter The Matrix, The Oasis, The Twilight Zone, an alternate world between the 4th and 5th dimension. This is soooooo much better than cellphone based vr which sadly most people associate vr with (sorry GearVR, Oculus GO & Daydream). Buy here on Dell, be mature and join the free and very helpful & knowledgeable psvr community on reddit to unlock the otherworldly abilities of this amazing technology. This is the new Elite/top tier package psvr. Even better deal than the Creed/Super Hot bundle. You get the most current and slightly redesigned /newest V2 PSVR with V2 Move controllers (Moves may need to be charged). EVERYTHING is included in the box toThis is the replacement to the top selling and beloved Skyrim psvr bundle. You should probably buy an extra pair of micro usb cables or a charging stand, as Sony doesn't include extra cables, and Move controllers will need charging. If a Move controller doesn't respond or light up, try resetting the pinhole button on it, and connecting to ps4 with a proper cable before powering on (Not all cables are good enough). In the box: You get the psvr headset with built in mic. Processor unit, camera, mini stand, 2 Move motion controllers, downloadable codes to both games, demo disc, all wires and manuals. Hookup seems challenging, but it's really straight forward. Between the Ps4 and processor box runs 1 hdmi and 1 usb cable. Finally 1 hdmi cable runs from the processor box to the tv, then headset plugs into processor. Done. Camera can be placed on tv for most games, but controllers can get out of tracking range. For best results with tracking, place the camera up high and point it downward slightly. Like a foot or two above eye level. GAMES You get the amazing AAA title Borderlands 2 VR, which is an open world/1st person shooter/rpg. It's cartoony, set in the world of Pandora, has great gun play & a long campaign (AAA), and you can drive vehicles too. This game can cause motion sickness if you overdo it. Beat Saber is a universally praised highly addictive rhythm game where you slice music blocks to a beat in a song using dual lightsabers! This game is a hit with everyone period, but it shines even more at parties and demo events. There's way too many good games to recommend, but every owner should experience the best: Resident Evil 7, AstroBot Rescue Mission, Farpoint WITH the Aim controller, Firewall Zero Hour/Aim bundle, Wipeout Omega Collection, Skyrim, In Death, Super Hot, Until Dawn:Rush of Blood, Creed: Rise To Glory, Tetris Effect, The Persistence, Killing Floor Incursion, Batman, Rick and Morty, Rush of Blood, Moss, Dirt Rally with a force feedback steering wheel, Doom, etc. And so much more. The psvr also can play 3d Bluray movies in full 3d within the headset on your choice of IMAX sized screens, just insert disc in ps4 and hit play. Also, you can play your non-vr ps4 games in the headset on the same huge virtual screen for more immersion, but things are blurrier than on a 4k tv obviously since the psvr resolution is 1080p but split between both eyes. You can also sideload a media app called Littlstar..I heard it allows your own personal collection of video files. (It can also play adult content in 4K -more about that on reddit as Sony doesn't allow that sort of thing). Many will play straight out the box and will be blown away. We're talking grown men coming to tears, spouses hogging the vr, and kids screaming in delight. This device can be downright magical at times, and can make for some great memorable moments. Or even better videos of people screaming in horror games like RE7. Older gamers say psvr gives them the nostalgic feeling of when they first got Super Mario Bros on NES, or got Sega, Atari, Coleco Vision, Amiga, Turbo Graphics 16, etc. Psvr is the new tech gift for anyone. It livens up any holiday or event, or livens up a boring relationship/home. If the default settings are too blurry or if things look off, you may need to tinker in settings with ipd measurement for best image/3d scale. Fiddle around with your setup, and get everything right. Main users should all do their own eye setup under their own login as settings are saved to each individual user. There's a guy on youtube called psvr Frank, he has a great calibration and setup video, as well as the latest psvr news, game reviews, etc and he's kid friendly. Motion Sickness/Nausea: If you attempt full locomotion (fancy term for free walking/movement) games without getting your VR LEGS (acclimating first), you will get motion sickness (if you're susceptible to it). Start off with the smaller games and shooting gallery types, demos, etc. Work your way up to the full motion games. Try eating ginger products like ginger chew candies, cookies, or even raw ginger and a fan blowing in the room to help with motion sickness. Stop immediately if it gets bad. Return when the feeling passes. RE7 is one of the worst offenders. Some people use Sea-bands, or dramamine and swear by it. Also enabling comfort options (usually forced by default per Sony), such as: blinders (black borders/vignette around your vision when turning), click- turning, and teleportation. These all help a lot for beginners, but really kills immersion for the rest of us with seasoned vr legs. People complaining about motion sickness is holding back the bigger, more daring experiences, but they're still coming. Speaking of settings, make sure you thoroughly go through ALL options listed in vr games. You can (full locomotion) run, jump, and melee with Move controllers in games like Skyrim and Borderlands 2 with adjustable smooth turning and no blinders. Just take the time to go through settings and enable these options. If you have internet, download Rec Room. It's a polished and totally FREE game/community experience that allows you to play in multiple activities (charades, lazer tag, battle royals, custom built mini games, etc) with Tons of others online with cross play (other vr platforms) for free. It's similar to going to the coolest summer camp ever, and meeting cool people. You make friends by doing an actual fist bump or handshake with your avatar... so cool. Lots of kids love this one, be warned lol, but there is an age filter and mute button to filter out who you interact with. All other games you may want to play online with other players, require a PS Plus subscription. Worth it! You get quality PS4, PS3, Vita, and PSVR games FREE every month with PS+ and you need it to play multiplayer games. VR really shines in multiplayer. The games are really getting good, now that psvr is passing 2 years on the market. The playerbase is the largest of all major vr platforms, and you can multiplayer 'cross-play' with friends on Oculus Rift, Vive, Go, and Quest- in some games like Star Trek Bridge Crew, Eve Valkyrie, Sparc, Rec Room, and more. Some upcoming or new great games (AA to AAA level) are: Sairento, End Of Days, Scraper, Dreams, Blood And Truth, Ace Combat 7, Windlands 2, and much more. Ps4 Pro enhances the psvr experience a bit when devs release Pro patches. At minimum expect slightly sharper graphics and text, better draw distance, super sampling, Anti- Aliasing, along with improved lighting and shadows. Extra usb port, 1TB hd. As long as the Ps4 Slim is $299 msrp, I'd strongly recommend spending the extra for the Ps4 Pro (if funds allow it, and if jumping into Sony/vr for the 1st time). If you have an old launch model ps4, it still works 100%. Sony isn't putting analog sticks on the Move controllers, and they don't work with Ps3 accessories like gun holders, etc. Moving on. Tips for smooth VR and no random blackouts: Turn off hdcp and hdmi link in your ps4 (under settings then scroll down to system). And if you have a Pro, turn off Boost Mode, as well as Super Sampling which is under settings>sound & screen>video output settings. Leaving them on in vr will cause your vr to black out and some games won't be playable or might get stuck on the title screen. Don't use rest mode then vr, it causes weird glitches and unstable tracking in games. Power down fully then power on. Keep bright light, or reflective objects/clothing out of camera's view (causes controller drift and poor tracking). Most games can be played seated (except the ones like Super Hot and Creed. If you're on the fence, buy it now because you're seriously missing out! Psvr is life changing. Honestly, you'd be happy with only the 2 bundled games for months. Wait until you see the other 350+ vr games and experiences. Sony is leading in the VR market. Read the growing forums and feel how real the love is for this piece of technology. Just amazing! Enough reading, buy here on Dell, join the helpful, enthusiastic psvr community on reddit, and demo this thing to as many people as possible. Then prepare to buy more games than your wallet can handle. Also you should really watch the [PSVR Awards Show 1080p/60fps] on youtube. See what games were the biggest hits. Hope I helped at least one person.

About Borderlands 2 VR
The iconic shooter-looter gets in your face! Virtually immerse yourself in the untamed world of Borderlands. Step into the boots of a treasure-seeking Vault Hunter armed with 87 bazillion guns on a quest to line your pockets with loot. Blast bandits with real-world aiming, punch psychos in the mouth, race across the desert in stolen bandit vehicles and free Pandora from Handsome Jack's clutches!

About Beat Saber
Beat Saber is a unique VR rhythm game where your goal is to slash the beats (represented by small cubes) as they are coming at you. Every beat indicates which saber you need to use and also the direction you need to match. All the music is composed to perfectly fit the hand made levels. Our goal is to make players almost dance while cutting the cubes and avoiding obstacles. Each cut is strongly supported by great sound and visual effects to emphasize the rhythm.
