Perfect Sound Bar

I use this with a TV for surround sound. I was disappointed with the surround features - it is just not as immersive as even a 5.1 system. The one thing that really shines is dialogue intelligibility; you can hear dialogue perfectly.

Not as good as the hype

To maintain the minimum distance below the tv so the up speakers are not affected the IR window is below the line of site and therefor you have to hold the remote over your head to function. There is allegedly an IR repeater in the rear but once wall mounted can't function. The overall sound is incredible with crystal clear dialog.

Great unit sound is very clear

My wife and I are both hard of hearing and have required sub-titles on the TV to enjoy shows for a long time. In the past we would increase the volume but that only made it louder - it did not make the voices more clear. This sound bar has a specific speaker for actors voices on the TV so you do not need to increase the volume to hear the actors. In fact, since using this soundbar we have turned off the closed-caption feature! To me, this feature alone is worth the investment.

As promised - for the hard of hearing. I can hear again!

Ultimate Sound Experience

Loved the sound bar right away. It was my first Sonos product. Switching over from a life of Bose. About a week after I added a sub mini. It got even better. Ow I'm looking for deals for the rest of the house.

Better than I expected. And I expected a lot.

Music & Atmos Surround sound in Family Room. purchased with (1) Sub 4, (2) Era 300's, and stands for 300's. Didn't have problem with App setting everythimg up, accept for Trueplay (Android) took several times to actually work. I don't have problem with App so far, as many people complain about, but hope it cotinues to get better with more control options.

First time Sonos User, I'd buy more products in future.

Get rid of this requirement for exact location. You don't need it and you know it no matter how you try to spin it.
Once hdmi is connected to tv and tv is on I see no easy way to play music on Sonos via Bluetooth. Yes sometimes I watch tv with no sound and music in the background. Right now I have to unplug the arc HDMI.

Good sound and easy set up. Had to replace a playbar which would not interface with new TV remote - blue tooth vs infrared. Somewhat annoying

The sound quality for dialogue is far better than our old LG HS9.
But while watching programs the volume drops for a minute and then goes back up.
Would prefer a remote and not an app.
Also changeable sound ie music, movies etc

Enjoying my Ultra Sound Bar with its wireless connection to the Sub, voice features, and incredible Atmos surround when available. speech, music, and background sounds all well blended for a great Movie or karaoke! Expensive though, wish I could afford more.

I use the Arc Ultra to listen to Apple Music, Sirius XM and TV. The sound bar puts out the best imaginable sound. It's absolutely the best.

This is my favorite audio equipment I've ever owned.

Movies and TV shows is where Arc Ultra shines the most - I would definitely recommend to pair it with Sonos 300

I use the Arc Ultra as a soundbar for our smart tv to provide great home theatre sound that is compatible with my other household speaker components. Replaced a receiver and three wired front speakers with the Arc Ultra. It's so simple to connect and use. Sonos has also made good strides to improve its app, but still a little work to do on making it more intuitive.

Volume is an issue requires button way up to be heard

This soundbar has really good sound even without a subwoofer. I will be adding a sub and ERA300 speakers. Easy to setup. It is a little bit pricey but good quality product.

The soundbar is a bit pricey but has very good sound.

I have hearing aids and the Sonos Arc Ultra provides the clearest sound out of the many different speakers I have tried.
