This sound bar is amazing. It can be wireless and wired. It works with the remote I already had connected to my TV. Music sound surround sound is amazingly awesome. My children are able to use it. Cooking and cleaning has always been the same for me until now. I can have water running, the oven fan on and still hear the TV or music that I am playing in the dinning room/kitchen. And it is a nice size of a area to cover. But it does the job. I recommend this product a thousand times over again. Oh, I almost forgot. I also have my echo dot connected to it also and it works with that as well. The app is easy and fun to use. No matter what room your in. Pull out your phone and use the app or even set up alexa and use it for the sound bar. BEST SOUND BAR EVER!

We needed a new sound bar and didn't want one with bluetooth. The sound from Ray is wonderful! We also love that it isn't super long like our previous one. Perfect size and sound! This will be a repeat purchase we add one for another room.

Bought it mainly for a wifi/airplay speaker. Easy to use. Good app. Would like the volume to be louder at its highest setting but it's also not really designed to be super loud. Works great for me. Great quality and easy setup. I really love it

Absolutely love the rich sound for both tv and music! We recently moved from a home that was wired for sound inside and outside so we were sceptical that a single speaker could provide a similar sound experience, but Sonos has completely changed our minds! We plan on expanding our system in the future to include our back yard. We also appreciate being able to listen to music streaming platforms that we subscribe to.

This compact sound bar is just what we were looking for. The TV in the kitchen was not producing the best sound for my husband who needs to wearing hearing aids. It has fabulous deep sound. We are very happy with it!

Happy with speaker. We hooked up to tv as we were having difficulties hearing tv speaker clearly. Now we mute tv and just use speaker, the clarity is better.

Instructions not clear. Missing info. Had to watch a You tube video to realize there was tiny plugs that needed to be pulled off. Once we got that info it worked excellently. Don't regret purchasing.

Bought this product initially to use as a TV soundbar. After set up, I realised I could also connect my Spotify account. The quality of sound is incredible! The ability to adjust the EQ is also an excellent tool. Would absolutely recommend.

The Sonos Ray delivers surprisingly good sound quality for its size-clear dialogue, balanced mids, and decent bass for a compact soundbar. It really enhances the TV experience when it's working properly. Unfortunately, there's a recurring issue that has made it frustrating to use: every 30-45 minutes, the sound cuts out completely for 4-5 seconds. I've tried multiple troubleshooting steps, including adjusting my TV settings, but the problem still happens. I also reached out to Sonos support for help, but the responses haven't been helpful in resolving the issue. I've even tried to get a replacement instead of a refund, just to see if this was a unit specific issue, but they declined. It's disappointing because the Ray has the potential to be an excellent entry-level soundbar, but the reliability problems overshadow the audio quality. If Sonos can address this issue with an update or better support, it would be much easier to recommend.

Bought this because we were downsizing from a house to an apartment. Worked better than my old Sony in the house (surprised) and perfect for the apartment. The EQ and sound modes are well balanced and perfect for both spaces we've used it in. Especially for the apartment, great to know we're not bothering the neighbours but still getting fantastic sound.

This is the perfect soundbar for my needs. I tend to always listen to something when I'm home, whether music or podcasts, so this soundbar had made the transition from listening to a podcast on my headphones to finishing it in my lounge seamless. Very happy!

Great sounding. No HDMI eARC (only optical output) is unacceptable in the year 2025. This also means I can't control volume with my TV's remote. Didn't know this until install day with unit mounted on the wall. I regret this purchase.

Got this for my bedroom to use on the desk and must say, using it below the monitor instead of having some small speakers on the sides made wonders for managing space. Plus, it has a similar sound to the Sonos One, but being stereo it gives a wider soundstage. Very pleased with the quality for the size.

Nice size for a bedroom, small living room. As always with Sonos it has great sound. After already owning the Sonos Ace headphones, syncing to the new Ray is as simple as pressing a button on the headphones. The Ray offers excellent sound quality

Used on primary TV in living room. Great sound projection. It's been a little quirky with the TDS Universal Remote as it's had to be set up three times and keeps forgetting it. Could very well be a remote and not a speaker issue, though. Volume control works perfectly through the app.

The soundbar was easy to set up and the app is very easy to use and useful. However, the sound bar was not compatible with the TV remote and I wish the unit included it's own remote. The app is on my phone and my wife will not install it on her's. So, I wish it came with it's own remote.
