Bought first one but the buttons from both side fell off so returned that within 1st month thinking that it was defective. Purchased them again but after 2 months buttons from both fell off again but I can't return this because of 1 month return policy at Best Buy. This also does not come under warranty claim so I'm stuck with no buttons on one side.
I expected much more from Sony but this product doesn't seems to be what they stand for.

The sound is good and I'm happy with that but the buttons are the real problem

Buttons come off

Pros: It is very lightweight, and paired easily. My voice quality in calls was clear and interference-free for recipient I tested this with who had previously complained about low quality with other neckband speakers. 
Cons: The sound quality and volume for me were shockingly poor. Podcasts were tinny and music-I wasn't expecting audiophile quality, but was expecting it would sound better and have a higher volume than the speaker from my phone. Returning has been a full hassle which they ask you not to write about in reviews but provide no other written place to contact them other than an infuriating text bot. Please rest assured that the one star is truly performance and the product not meeting even my minimal expectations and the customer service comments are there to let folks know that if the product does not meet your expectations, you're going to find customer support similarly lacking.
