I do love this headphones, comfortable and good sound quality. Apparently when I make a call though the person I am talking too said it is not of great quality but I can hear good so I think it is worth a mention.

The noise cancelling and battery life is amazing and the sound quality is fine. Mostly impressed with the noise cancelling and battery life. I only don't like that they're a bit small so they feel slightly uncomfortable on my ears. Have used for 2 days in a row and only dropped by 20%.

My wife bought a pair of these, especially for the noise cancelling on an aeroplane. I tried them, was jealous, so bought my own pair. I listen mostly to orchestral classical music. I tweaked the graphic eq to suit me and I was staggered at the clarity which I had not noticed on my other pair of decent headphones. There is a warm sound but this does not detract from the frequencies all being there and clear. I have yet to try the noise cancelling, but in a domestic environment, it was most effective. An excellent buy, albeit, not the cheapest.

I got them for uni and the quality is amazing. I've had the wh720n for 2 years and decided to upgrade and my ears are so happy. They're so comfortable and the noise cancelling is incredible! It did wonders for me at the airport

Ok product, noice cancellation lot worse than I expected. If it's windy at all it will make the music sound very unclear even if it's only a little wind. Sound quality is good when not windy. Hurts ears slightly after a while. Also does not contain sound as well as I'd have liked. People can hear exactly what it listening to in a quiet environment. They're ok but expected more

I bought this less than 3 months ago and the hinge broke. No damage, no falls. I have been taking care of it like I have a newborn, with utmost care and caution. What's worse? Sony won't honor their 1 year warranty. The XM5s have a similar defect, but I thought the XM4s were safe so bought these. Wasted over $200 on this...

Bough these a week ago and used them on the plane and on holiday, the noise cancellation is excellent on the plane. The only thing I would mark down for is the volume as at max isn't really loud enough

I have no complaints for the build, comform, noise cancelling and audio quality. They are superb and I am very happy. The only issue I experienced is during a call, the other party can hear the background voices. I cannot use this for meetings while in a noisy environment.

I brought this set of headphones recently, it's my first time using headphones so my expectations didn't have any comparable options - safe to say I was blown away by how different the sound quality is to regular earbuds! The noise cancelling feature is incredibly good and makes you feel like you're in your own world, I love the countless other features it has such as adaptive control for your surroundings and the way it can detect when you remove the headphones so it automatically pauses what you're listening to! The case, charger and adapter it comes with is so useful and better than having to buy separate ones!

Bought this a few weeks ago and so far I'm impressed. This is my first pair of noise cancelling headphones so I'm still getting used to them after using on ear headphones for years. They have a deep and fuller sound compared to my previous headphones. The only feature I would like to change would be making the voice optional when turning them on and off.
